The best thing about this hotel is the staff and the location. the staff is fantastic. the rooms are very well thought out and great additions that the one who thought the hotel has made it spectacular.

I think the cleanliness issue leaves a bit to be desired.

Would of liked some milk and English breakfast tea as plenty of coffee and sugar but don’t use these so much .. also air con was a little weak this may of been just our room and didn’t complain as nothing that I’m mentioning was that big of a deal. ( bought tea and milk from a local shop.. not expensive at all )

A wonderful hotel in a great location. Located near the metro, it's easy to get around the city (it took us about 15 minutes to get to szechenyi baths) and 10 minutes from the local opera house. We walked to Hero Square which is about a 25 minute walk which is lovely in the sunshine! Also lots of local amenities such a pharmacy, main coffee chain, local shops to pick up water etc. The hotel itself is fabulous with art displayed around the building with pictures of Budapest most famous places to visit. The room was cosy, bed was super comfortable but the highlight for me was the easy to use shower (I am one of those people who judge a hotel on its shower)! Staff were very welcoming and even offered me a complementary coffee on arrival which was much needed after a delayed flight. Breakfast was great with many options for all.

The only thing is the soap dispenser in the bathroom only allows you to take a very little bit at a time which was a bit frustrating and that's a minor thing!

It was very nice, the staff is amazing, very careful and polite. The bed was very comfortable.

We felt like there wasn’t much privacy because the bathroom faces the bed. I didn’t like that. I think it would be much better if the entry door to the bathroom was on the opposite to the closet area. There was also a moldy smell in the bathroom-possibly pipes that need some cleaning. There should be toilet brush next to the toilet. We asked and it was brought to the room but it would be a plus if it was already there. The lighting was a bit tricky. The room looked bigger online.

I loved everything. The staff went above and beyond. The sauna and steam room were so clean and well organised. The bed was phenomenonal- we didn't expect to get a king bed. There was a lovely window that reached the ceiling.

There is a blue light that comes out of the light control panel that can be a bit disruptive at night.

10/10 stay for our Budapest trip. We stayed four nights. Highly recommend. - the room was set up with rose petals, complementary rosé, complementary cakes and towels made up to be swans upon check in ! Made our stay extra special.- staff are so friendly (always greeting)- Location perfect for us - The bed was amazingly comfortable, hard to get up each morning! - Netflix on the TV (always a plus)- great shower, spacious bathroom - super clean room (room was cleaned each day for the four nights we stayed)The hotel is super pretty and maintained very well. We didn’t get breakfast included, however it smelled delicious each morning we walked by the restaurant.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and modern. The quality was amazing for the price we paid. The hotel itself is extremely close to everything you might need: Westend mall, Starbucks, grocery stores, metro station (Octogon).

Bed comfortable .Nice room.

After turning off the lights at night, there are so many small lights that you can not turn off. It's annoying for someone like me who likes a complete black out to sleep.Breakfast limited!

Long vehicles may not fit in the parking elevator but on Saturday and Sunday you can park anywhere in the city at no charge

Hotel is in a great location. Very clean and modern. Room design is excellent, plugs in the right places, different lighting settings. Bed very comfortable.

The only downside for me was the hotel and room was so warm. Too warm for us to sleep comfortably. Aircon facilities in the room seemed to be on but did not cool the room enough. Other than this, hotel is amazing and would return.

The rooms was good and spacious and very warm as it was January when I visited the location was excellent hero's Square was close by tgi Fridays around the corner Starbucks also staff was very friendly and informative ?

My wife and I spent 5 fantastic days at the Eurostars Ambassador and it ticked all the boxes for comfort, cleanliness and food. We were sad to leave.Location is quiet, just off the main shopping street.Check-in was quick and hassle-free. We had some issues with the air con in our room not working properly but we were quickly given another room so impact was minimal.Our room was quiet, spacious and the 6 foot wide bed was fantastic. The TV had Netflix and YouTube etc so we had plenty to watch after a busy day of sightseeing. As it was our tenth wedding anniversary I had ordered champagne to be delivered to our room at a specific time and it arrived exactly as planned. Breakfast was tasty and had plenty of options, both hot and cold. There was bacon, sausages, baked beans and scrambled egg. Lots of different juices available and we loved the bread as it was so fresh.Whole milk and English Breakfast Tea meant that we didn’t miss our tea back home. The staff are the crowning jewel in this hotel. Always smiling, helpful and professional. Special mention to Khan and Nawaz as well as everyone else. Thank you for making our stay so pleasant.This is a fantastic hotel and a credit to the Eurostars chain.
