The place is fantastic, very different from a regular hotel, a quite relaxing athmosphere, the staff are very kind and calm people, suburban bottom mountain location with a Prima supermarket 1 minute walk, felt like a holy place for me

room M i had is close to lobby, breakfast area, coffee machine, late evening , early morning people discussing, cleaning, coffee machine working, you wake up early and start sleeping time late.Maybe in other rooms is better

Couldn't find the wall light switch, had to take out the bulbs at night. Breakfast could be better :(

I loved that I was able to book last minute, due to traveling without plans. The property has a secure parking lot and was easily accessible to the rest of downtown Budapest.

It is a motel style hotel, close to the highway, the room was very clean, it is ideal for travellers to make a stop just outside of Budapest center

The room was very nice and clean and the people working there were very friendly and helpful. Also they changed the sheets every day and the parking was free.

When we arrived we asked about the charging fee (they have charging stations for electric cars) and we were told that it's 10 euros per charge. Then 2 days later when we tried to charge the guy at the reception told us that it's actually 16 euros per charge. After some talking he agreed to let us pay 10 euros per charge.

To be avoided!

The location is not that good, but we expected that. They communicated the hour for check in which from my experience is too late (4 pm) after we booked and payed. We arrived at 7 outside were -2 degrees and the windows were opened. The only heating source is the AC which in our case didn’t work. We slept in cold and because of that we got a terrible flu. The clean was not ok because we found hair on the bed and in the shower.

The hotel is very clean and well maintained. The room was a good size and the bed was comfy. Not in the central area, but you can reach the city centre in 30 minutes by bus or tram. The price was good for December busy season.

- They have an EV charger, which was the main reason I booked, but the fee is 20 EUR per charge, more expensive than the public chargers.- Breakfast is not a buffet, you get a plate of ham, salami, cheese, 1/2 tomato, 2 grapes, 1 slice of kiwi, butter, jam, coffee/tea. It's enough to fill your stomach, but not the best quality breakfast.

Hotel room looks premium.Parking is good.

Bathroom has a smell problem from the pipes. This comes into the rooms, where you have to smell it all night while sleeping.Walls are very thin. You hear absolutely everything from neighbours on the sides and on top. I had to leave at 3 am because the guests on top were talking and walking, which sounded like the ceiling was about to come down. This was not just me, we had some friends in another room that had the same issue.Staff was not good. When I told them about the issue with the sound from other guests on check-out, they just ignored me.

Staff was nice and helpful.

The breakfast was very limited and not suitable for anyone who has any allergies. The room was not like on the pictures posted. It is 20-30 minutes from town center depending on the traffic. Overall wasn't happy with the stay

Everything was perfect

The staff was very helpfull

I was given the room for disabled persons. I couldn't charge my phone because I didn't have such a long cable. I could hear the coffee machine and the talks of the people in the lobby because the room was located basically in the lobby

Nice room, great finish and comfortable after a long day of travels.

Bathroom door design didnt allow for a handle and the area where a handle should be was grubby. That was the only part of the room which was visibly unclean, but should be paid attention to in future.

Pleasant location near a neighborhood on the outskirts of Budapest, the perimeter of the guesthouse is closed with a high fence and access is only via video intercom! I stayed in the attic, in a very large family room with a lot of space! The room was equipped with AC, and also an electric chair for massage.

It smells a bit like musty, but it is understandable for the beginning of the cold season...

Great hotel. We booked 2 rooms, one with a double bed and the other with two separate ones. The beds are comfortable. The standard one with 1 bed was much better than the other one. Keep this in mind.

There is no elevator, which is not very convenient. There is also no coffee machine in the room, only at the reception for 2€ per capsule.
