Tram and supermarket in walking distance

- Bad smelling from the shower (probably a bad design from the sewage?)- Inadequate heating in winter due to bad insulation (wind from the window)- Summer blanket is not enough for winter, extremely small pillow- Slow internet- Narrow passage (please don’t hang linens in the corridor, it looks so unprofessional), not suitable for people who has big luggages- Please be aware of the small and old elevator (I guess non-Europeans would be difficult)- Insufficient signage and relative bad communication (no response through whats app massage)- Weak soundproof (quite interesting if you want to hear people making ?)- no shampoo available; I bought one and left there so others can use it.

Location, size of the room, private toilets and shower, fridge and small kitchen is very appreciated

The room ıs so cold at nıght because the heater ıs not hot enough. The bed ıs not clean, there ıs one bıg staın on the bed. And the bathroom smells bad.

Almost in the city center, close to a shopping mall and other touristic attractions. The self-check in and the access to the building instructions were clear and sent on time for my arrival. Easy to find. The building is just in front of a tram stop and it is 30 seconds away from another tram stop that can take you directly to the Central train station. If you walk 15 mins. approximately, you can reach the bus stop (Kálvin ter) to take the bus that takes you directly to the airport. I like that you feel like entering your own flat: very private.

The fact that it is close to the tram stop is also a disadvantage if you are a light sleeper: the whole building shakes when the trams are passing by (which is quite frequent during the day). The building is quite old and the hallway light didn't work, which difficult the access to the lock box with the keys at night. The whole apartment feels like not properly built: very thin walls (you can hear everything around you), no heating in the shower, the heating in general is quite poor (I can't imagine renting this room in winter), the bed and pillows not very comfortable, the room door is not sturdy at all: a small kick and anyone could break in. They are constantly washing something and you can hear the washing machine every morning or afternoon (I am also doubting how clean the sheets are after being washed in a regular washing machine). I was expecting a bit more for this price. This "Airbnbs apartments" don't feel comfortable or well-built anymore.

It was a bit too cold in the appartment and I did not find a way to increase the remperature.

Nothing at all!! I didn't get the chance to check into my room because the code they provided is not opening the room key!!!!! I was left shivering outside the apartment building in the middle of the night!!!!!! Reci the receptionist is very bad!!!!! unprofessional

Everything was nice, location is super, good apartment for value, was clean. ?

Heating could be a little bit more up, because we were in early October so it was a little bit colder in apartment, probably too early to turn up heating.

The studio looks as in the pics. In my room the TV was so small hanged in the wall (the size of a tablet) and doesn't work. The studio is clean and well maintained.

The pillow is flat and the bed is not very comfortable. But for few days it's not a big problem.

The location was absolutely perfect — central and convenient for everything I needed. The room itself was clean, spacious, and ideal for my trip. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient, making check-in and any questions hassle-free. Overall, the space was spot-on for the purpose of my stay.

The WiFi connection was a bit unreliable at times. It would also be helpful to clarify the process regarding the two keys, as this wasn’t entirely clear at check-in. Lastly, the bedding could be improved — only one pillow and blanket were provided, which wasn’t enough for a comfortable rest.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a tenement building with an elevator, within walking distance of the metro and with tram stops right outside. Easy key pickup, safe neighborhood, and good security. The room is small, but very clean and surprisingly well-equipped for its size. There’s a spacious bathroom (not the newest, but very clean), a small fridge, microwave, electric kettle, a few cups and plates, a wardrobe, a workspace, a tiny TV, and a large, comfortable bed. It might not be the kind of room you'd want to hang out in for hours, but it’s a perfect place to rest after a busy day exploring the city :)

I don’t think there’s really anything I can complain about, but if I had to point something out, it would probably be that the room isn’t very cozy. Oh, and the noise! If you sleep with the window open, the trams running all night can be quite loud.

I stayed in Apartment No.2 at the Mester Ut location.Things I liked about the apartment was that it was a studio apartment that gave me a fair amount of privacy and control of my environment.The apartment had good quality equipment such a small kitchenette, sink, microwave, small fridge / freezer, crockery, dishes, cups and bowls and some cookware. There is also a small study desk in the corner of the room with a small desk and table lamp. The bed was a double-bed with a firm mattress, the bed linen was clean however the quilt / duvet is too small and not suited for adults over 5ft 9inch tall.The en-suite shower-room, sink and toilet is very nice, clean and functional. Unfortunately however, there is a bad odour coming the sink and possibly the shower drain. This smells quite unpleasant and there are now windows in the shower-room to get some fresh to tackle the smell. There is only an extractor fan to draw out moisture and steam when the shower is in use.

Things that could be done to improve the stay at the apartment:1. Larger quilt / duvet suitable for a double bed or adults.2. Cleaning the drainage pipes in the en-suite shower-room to reduce the bad odour. Possibly getting plumbers to expect if there is any blockage in the drainage pipes or pouring some strong bleach to dislodge any blockage in the drainage pipes.

Nice small appartment for 1 person, clean and quiet at night. Very good location near metro station and shop. Kettle and cooking equipment included. I got e-mail with the instructions how to get keys and I also talked with lady by the phone and she was very helpful. Good price for staying in the capital. Thank You.

very clean apartment. bed is comfy. the doors are secure. the reception service is very friendly and answer any queries quickly. the location is great everything is very close. there is a supermarket next door which is very convenient.

Space and location

Heating system is horrible , very cold unless informed them and they control the temperature. Morning , they switched off the Heater and we woke up dead cold.Calling , no response.

The location of the studio is just excellent, easily accessible, close to the city centre. The size is just right.

I feel like there are many small details about the studio which would make it much more convenient; exemples: regarding clothes and outdoorwear and pretty much everything, there was only a single one wardrobe with 2 hangers in it. If there were just 3 or so hangers on the wall or on the side of the wardrobe on top of those in the wardrobe, it’d create much more space. There is a sort of “office” desktop with useless TV on it, not to mention only 1 chair with it, eventhough the studio is meant for 2 people. With the TV taking up all the space of the desktop, there is no place to sit and eat. I think what most of the guests would appreciate more is just a plain table with 2 chairs with it, where one can eat comfortably. With tiny spaces comes the challenge of making them convenient and cozy at the same time. This studio is doing fine so far, there’s still long way to go.

Location is good and easy to access

The bed wasn't comfortable at all, the pillow was very annoying. Also there was a very loud noise almost the whole night coming from the heating or water system or something. The floor of the toilet wasn't clean. ( and just in case you care, the TV is not working) overall not what you would expect for this price!

Spotless clean, well furnished and well arranged for the price.
