Some of the staff weren't very friendly. Very average room for the posted star rating.

Modern amenities, good public facilities, and nice restaurant.

The room is more like 2.5-star, so the star rating is not similar to other 4.0-star hotels I've stayed in. More like 2.5-star rooms in a hotel with 3.5-star public facilities/lobby.

Towels were pretty old and kinda ripped.. No one helped us to carry our luggage

good variety of options at breakfast, parking, restaurant is a bit pricey but very nice quality

it is not alowed to smoke in the rooms but there is obvious evidence that many guests are doing so through their windows. We could not keep the windows open because of the smoke coming in...

Personal was verím professional, food was very good

We had only one blanket. We asked for 2 but we did not get this.

I usually never use this column. But this time it should be used minimally for your feedback..We had too high temperature about 26-27 degrees in the room all afternoon, so we decided to announce to the receptionist.I get answer from receptionist “it’s a warm up time, option is when you should open window, air conditioning doesn’t work this time”. All that what’s happening in 4 stars hotel where air conditioning is standard!Let’s try to have a quiet night in the middle of the night on Friday in Budapest!

Good location, friendly service, good breakfast, parking, comfortable bathroom

Bed is uncomfortable

Hotel is very clean. Stuff is very friendly.

Empty mini bar in room!

Location is fine. Metro 10min walking away. Garage. Breakfast. Good wifi.

Unconfy beds. Two main beds too soft and 3rd bed in tripple room is a very unconfy portable bed, yet, the price is the same. Stupid modern shower without doors with mirrors placed so you have zero privacy. Expensive compared to competition.

The room was spacious. The bathroom was big and had an actual bathtub. The breakfast was superb: plenty of dishes from various cuisines to choose from.

The hotel is close to the metro station and close to the city center. The staff was polite!The room was large, clean and the inside of the room was very warm.

Even though we requested a double bed the hotel provided two single beds. Aside the fact that there were two single beds side by side, the main problem was that the beds had wheels which made them unstable. As a result, they could easily move and be seperated. They should definately have double beds avaliable, or at least when using single beds, they should place single beds without wheels.Also even though we visited during the holiday season we believe that the price of the room was a little higher than it should be, based on what is offered.

Rooms are not quite like depicted online, pictures did not meet state of the room at all.For instance: all walls need to be repainted, because they look really dirty.Next to the TV mounted on the wall, there was a huge hole in the wall, room smelled like cigarettes and was very cold (we were there on 31st of December) and heating was marginally covering the cold.

Overall good, and staff was professional.

Blankets.It is a detail but needs to be mentioned: blanket was much smaller than the king size bed and unsuitable for two people. However, we asked for an extra and kindly received one.Also, blankets were too thin for winter, but the overheated room (RIP the environment) balanced it out.

The hotel is in a great location, quiet, easily accessible by metro or by car. It was close to a metro station which was very convenient. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was fantastic, more than enough choices to choose from. The coffee was particularly nice.
