The staff. He ordered pizza and delivered it in our room at 930pm.

Great little find of a hotel. Nice, clean room in a very central part of Budapest; very reasonably priced. Very helpful front desk staff. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again.

Location. It's close to public transportation.

Nice size room with coat hooks, an extra small bed for clothes etc., nice big shower.

Good location for my purposes. Nice, accommodating staff. Warm room.

The carpets were old and there was a stail smell, otherwise the room had the necessary amenities.

It was cozy, clean and met all our expectations.

Staff was not able to provide accurate information about street parking so we had to explore further. But it didn't really affect our overall experience.

Very simple breakfast

The building is completely renovated. The rooms are in great condition, the windows are very well insulated and the hotel is very clean. No mold in the bathroom, no issues whatsoever. I didn’t hear any noise form the neighbours. The location was also great, I could walk everywhere. It is close to the Ruins Bars area and 10 minutes away from the airport bus.

The pillow was awkward to sleep on.

Excellent and very helpful staff who are a credit to their business. Very helpful, knowledgeable and we're the real difference in a good and a great holiday. Good value for money.

A slightly uncomfortable bed but that is small beer.

Location was ideal. A bit off the very busy areas but walkable to may attractions. As a smoker , I do not expect to smoke in a hotel room - I don’t in my own home. But the lovely, tranquil courtyard provided a safe and quiet place to duck outside.

The hotel's in a converted town house, nicely keeping the original style, adding new features. The room was a former apartment, big comfortable bed, small but clean shower and window over the inside patio. The breakfast room was on the same floor, good menu, good coffee. The building itself is on Maria street, a nice square is walking distance with a church, bars and few 100 meters to public transport. Good price quality ratio.

The relationship price service is good. Also the location is good for walking around. Clean and the bathroom is in very good condition.

The breakfast is simple. Nothing interesting.The noise outside of the room can disturb.The AC is not available. So in summer it could be a problem.

Excellent location, brilliant staff. The only room available was an apartment but it still was super affordable. If you travel for more days, I highly recommend, the kitchen is equipped and complementary coffee was a lifesaver.

Only really minor things I was not a fan of. Two people get only one key - but I must admit we didn't ask for a second key, we would probably get one. The door to the apartment had a glass pane which probably helps with the light during the day but it's not very good during the night when the light in the hall shines into the apartment with no way to block it.

Well thought details to make stay enjoyable. Bathroom towel pegs, lights switches. Fridge tea kettle, glasses reception exceptional. They can provide phone chargers umbrella good value continental breakfast. Window blinds worked easily on large windows. Staff helpful knowledgeable. House keeping staff also helpful and accommodating. Everything on website accurate no exaggerating the benefits. Close to all transportation

Steps. Reception and breakfast one floor upstairs. I had lovely ground floor room with less than 10 steps to get to ground floor courtyard and room. Which limited my breakfast on site and reception info. Steps normal in city centerBed foam mattress which retained heat

Beds are a bit short, would not recommend if you are taller than 200cm.

Great location and helpful staff. Rooms are ok, nothing fancy, but clean and tidy. Location is very good, walking distance to the old town, close to a bunch of restaurants.

Bathroom could use a remodel as it is a bit outdated, but it was clean and perfectly usable. The parking space has a very narrow entrance so be careful with that, but other than this it was very helpful.
