I arrived at 2am and lobby was dark as of it was closed. Staff smelled like alcohol. 3 guys at the front and 1 drunk guy try to hit on me while I was checking in. No one said anything. Hallways were dark. Not a safe place for a solo traveler. Rooms had no AC. They offered fans but they didn't work well.
Breakfast is good.
Temperature in the room - 30C. No AC. Noise combing from the street - you cant sleep if window is open, and you have to open it as temperature in the room is very high. Nothing is clean there - common areas, room, shower. Personel didnt want to sell me water in the night, but proposed to drink tap water. Tap water had yellow color, not sure if drinkable. Missing towels, small parking lot.

Too far from city center
3 star hotel is a 3 star hotel, nothing more to add. It was OK.
Be attentive - no air cooler in the rooms. We slept with an open window next to the very loud and vivid road.
Vlad on the front desk was so friendly and nice with me and my partner, we arrived late on the night after a long drive and he helped us get everything we need, like a tea, parking and even put our things in the cooler so they were fresh for our travel the next day.

There was no shampoo and no soap in the bathroom (seems the liquids had not been refilled). The fridge was making so much noise, and when we stop it, found some water on the parquet in the morning.
