Staff and room.

Location was a bit hidden and far from tourist areas.

Excellent value for money, close to downtown Budapes. Rooms are nice, beds are comfortable, area is quiet, so it was really an excellent choice! Breakfast also provided enough options, although I would always appreciate some pancakes :)

Decent value for money. The spa is small and cosy, but it’s nice. There are specific opening hours (closes at 10:00 pm). It has a warm jacuzzi, a small pool and a sauna; exactly as captured in the photos.The location is close to the szechenyi park/baths. There are a couple of great restaurants, recommended by the staff, at a walking distance.The room we were provided complied with the requirements we requested. Rooms and bathrooms are nice and spacious. The breakfast buffet has various options.

The room telephone did not work during our stay (4 days). We had to go to the reception when we had a question or needed something.The shower in the bathtub was not working. We informed the staff; it was not solved.The restaurant menu indicates that the kitchen is open until 9:45, they stop earlier.

The rooms were big and comfortable, interconnected with a door in between. Breakfast was very good.

The spa area is quite small.

Unfortunately the stay in this hotel was disappointing Not welcoming staff No water in the room, no sleepers, though 4 stars hotel. Condition don’t match at all with pictures and description. Very poor condition. Though the hotel offers spa, there were no spa robes and slippers.

Unwelcoming staff.

Spa is OK, but the space could be used a better, as the swimming pool is almost empty, and the jacuzzi is overcrowded. Clean and large sauna. Cold plunge available. The room was large with a comfy bed. Wide selection for breakfast.

The fitness room is way too small and the multi-functional machine is in a bad condition. Engine room is next to the sauna, which makes it irritatingly noisy (bring earbuds or earplugs).

Quiet, slightly out of the way so that there was not traffic noise. Super accessible to bus and tram lines. Classy - understated elegance; loved it. Will stay again for business and vacation. Thank you to everyone!

Hard to improve on something that already works so well.

Breakfast was really good. The location is amazing. For travellers with kids there is very nice park not far from hotel. It's very close to railway station.

Nice place. Liked the pool, the jacuzzi, the breakfast.It's a plus that one of the best playgrounds/parks of Budapest is near!

We liked the location: a calm street near the park with a big playground, nice historical villas around. Staff was very friendly. Clean and well equipped room. Swimming pool is a nice bonus. Extra towels were available. Breakfast was good and served in a nice place. Tea in the room may be helpful. To use an elevator one should use the card key, which gives some assurance about security.

When we arrived, the windows were opened and there was no sing of central air conditioning working. Neitehr we also found a remote control for the room aircon and the aircon itself. It was not possible to lock the bathroom door as the key was missing.

The rooms were modern and clean; the breakfast was of good quality and variety. The pool, jacuzzi and sauna were a great way to finish the day after being on foot most of it. They were very accommodating to our extra requests regarding our pet.

In general, nothing really to complain.

Spa, food, locatio, services…

The hotel is very well positioned, close to Teleki station (10 minutes walk). The restaurant was very good. Very good breakfast. The room was big enough for 3 persons. Available parking places.

The room cleaning was not at a 4 stars level. More like a 2 stars hotel. In five days stay, they cleaned only once our room. The dust was not wiped from the furniture. We had to do it. It is unacceptable - at 150 euro/night.

The staff are really friendly and willing to help.

There is a little issue with the room cleanliness Should pay more attention of the details such as Tv, mirror, windowsill, shelves dusting. But other than that was not so bad.
