Matild Palace, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Budapest

Great building and great location. Horrible management.

#3 nights in a row we were told we couldn't use the roof bar. I had meetings that I missed. They seated us 1 hour late for dinner my client left. We couldn't get room service because they said they were too busy I could go on. poorly managed

The location is perfect for exploring the city, the rooms are beautifully designed and very comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay special. The rooftop bar and spa were highlights. Highly recommended for anyone seeking luxury and charm in Budapest.

The Matilde Palace is such a beautiful building with wonderful amenities and a very friendly staff. The fitness center is accessible 24/7 and very well-equipped.

I loved everything about this hotel! The hotel is really beautiful and perfectly situated to many of the attractions. The spa and gym facilities were great ( the gym is a little small but has all the equipment you need). I had an excellent massage with April. The morning buffet breakfast was one of the best I’ve had. I had drinks the first night on the rooftop bar- it was a fun,lively environment with a great DJ. The view was great ( from what I understand it fills up so you want to make reservations). Lastly the staff were all very helpful. I look forward to returning sometime.

I loved everything about this place—the location, the room, the spa, and the food. Everything was excellent. We will definitely be back!

The hotel was very nice. It was a little hard to go on the roof top to get a drink. buffett in the morning was excellent

We were suppose to have a city view. Booking.com stated we had a city view. upon arriving we had a view of another hotel. 20 feet across. I do not like paying for a view room and not getting one.

Elegant hotel, spacious room, well appointed, clean and very comfortable . Great location close to Liberty bridge and the Danube ferries, lots of restaurants nearby. Staff were very friendly and responsive.

Lovely hotel, beautiful inside, worth sneaking a peek at the ballroom even though it's not in use. Good location. Spa is very nice and the gym is well equipped

Everything was beautiful and the staff wonderful we went out for breakfast nearby every day as 90 euros for breakfast outrageous especially when this is an expensive hotel. Still really loved the hotel recently esnicated old palace Michelin starred restaurant didn’t seem to be open when we were there

The hotel has recently been upgraded and has terrific public spaces and rooftop bar with great views over Budapest. The breakfast, that was included, was also outstanding.

The roof top bar didn’t open until 6 which was a bit of a pity as it would have been a gorgeous lunch venue.
