Quiet street, good location, easy access to airport, clean, nice breakfast

Tiny bathroom not well designed. Face cloth not included with towels, so had to ask for at front desk each time. Open electrical outlet only on one side of bed, so one side had to unplug lamp to have cell phone plugged next to bed.

Great location. Easy walk to Metro, dining, and shopping. Nicely renovated, old world charm with comfortably modern convenience. Friendly staff.

Perfect place to stay and explore Budapest.

Hotel Memories is located within walking distance of all Old Town sites. The property was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Amenities in the room were very good. Best of all, the staff is exceptionally kind and helpful. The sauna and spa area was very relaxing. The staff also provided great food to accommodate my vegan diet.

Excelent staff , hotel felt couzy and tidy all the time , reception worked great at any time . Location close to bus 100e(30 min to airport every 15 min) to aiport , close to metro bus and trams going to every direction. Room isolation was perfect on 4th floor never heard anyone . Breakfast was diverse and somthing new poped out every morning. Bathtub was excelent size :) . Excelent restaurants cafe and bars just outside the hotel.

Fridge working noise level 34db , near bed 27db didnt influence sleeping much but was a concetration point alway when room was quiete. No view hotel pointing to wall sugesting wide poster in room :)

We really liked the interior design of the hotel and room! The breakfast was very good, the spa was great (jacuzzi and sauna), the location is excellent - close to the Central market hall and to Vaci street, also right next to the hotel there is tram and metro. They have cookies and a soft drink for free in the lobby in the afternoon and evening time. Last but not least, they notice the small details which is very important and not for granted at all. Overall, for us it was a great value for money and we warmly recommend this hotel.

The room was nice and cosy, with a nice bathroom with a tub. The hotel is very well-located, making it easy to access. The staff was pretty helpful and kind, always eager to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was good, with many options for all tastes.

Cleanliness is a bit of a problem, starting from the lobby, where the seats are a little bit dirty. In the room, the floors are sticky, and I can't see if they're dirty or not due to the colour. Two coffee cups in the room were dirty, let's say poorly cleaned, with a coffee line inside. Nobody cleans/exchanges the cups or glasses when cleaning the room. Found very long hair in the bathtub and on the pillows. Outside the door (near the children's play spot), I found a big piece of glass from a wine glass... The cleaning staff seems to be doing a poor job which is a pitty...

The rooms were lovely, great location and a really good breakfast. Would definitely recommend.

This hotel is a bit outside of the tourist area however it is in a nice location that has access to public transportation. It's about a 15 minute walk to Vaci Street (the main shopping area) and about a 20 minute walk to St Stephen's Basilica. The breakfast was simple and lovely. The staff is very attentive with coffee and willing to accommodate special requests. They are also helpful in guiding guests to book reservations, as they are unable to make reservations on guests' behalf. The room itself was really pleasant. The bed was great, the water pressure was good, and the staff left a complimentary demi-bottle of wine for the guests.

The elevator was not working for 2 of the 4 days that we stayed. Our room was on the 4th floor (5th floor in the USA), making it a true effort to arrive to our room (particularly since the weather was around a high of 90F each day).

Good size and attractive rooms in the old town, with tea and coffee making facilities. Great breakfast selection. Very nice jacuzzi and sauna. Fabulous rooftop bar with great food and service. Kind friendly and helpful staff. I loved it!Would recommend.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like. It was a very pleasant stay. The roof top bar wasn't open every day.

Great situation near many sights and restaurants and local amenities

Staff at front desk and breakfast servers were excellent

Room was cleaned and towels replaced and taken once in three days. Kleenex, conditioner and cream not replenished. Floors were not swept. Glasses were not washed and extra glasses were not taken away.

Location is central, breakfast good

Soooooooo much noise everywhere. If you're on the first floor, prepare to not sleep. Heat from the jacuzzi area in the basement seeps through all the way, and sounds from reception, outside and from other rooms is super noticeable. Bathroom is also super warm with no ventilation.

Location was great for walking around the city. The Spa room and sauna made greatly for relaxing at the end of our days. The Hotel overall felt very hipster and aesthetically pleasing all around. Bonus was Lime Uber Scooters parking was right next to the hotel which made getting around even easier.

Traveling with three people, from the booking website/photos made it feel like it would be two rooms but instead was a single room with full bed and a couch sofa.

In general very good hotel. A little bit difficult to find, but nothing too concerning.

Location was spot on for what we needed — easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and sights. The staff were super friendly and polite, always making sure we had what we needed. It really made our trip feel smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again if we come back.

The room didn’t get a lot of natural light, as the windows faced an inner courtyard.
