Breakfast, staff attitude, facilities, parking, beds

view from the windows, floor level (preferred higher level)

Excellent location, breakfast, parking included

Absolutely everything ! Beautiful place, gorgeous rooms, brilliant team end great location

Can’t think of anything, honestly. Maybe- the winter blankets could be a bit heavier (?!) but truly this is only because I only have good words and need to balance :)

Beautiful hotel in a central location, rich and delicious breakfast. The staff is lovely and helpful with everything.

Beautiful location, nice new rooms, great aesthetic

We liked everything : location, comfortable room , friendly staff.

I lost my 2 bags in hotel and they says don’t see the bags

Great staff is very welcoming and friendly. Reka was very helpful in explaining all the room and hotel amenities. Excellent location close to tourist locations but not close enough to be very crowded. Plenty of restaurants next to the hotel and many more a block away.

Nothing loved it!

The location is excellent, the room was very clean, and the shower was comfortable as well. I also appreciated being able to open a window for fresh air. The coffee and tea corner in the lobby is a great addition, and the lobby itself is very cozy and pleasant to sit in.

The breakfast could be improved. The vegetables and spreads seemed quite tired, and the yellow crust on the hummus was unappealing. There were also very few tea mugs available, and the hot water in the tea pot was frequently empty. Additionally, there was no butter available on Monday. The twin beds were extremely narrow and uncomfortable,

Excelent service, cleaness, comfort room, convenient location , coffee, tea

Breakfast a little too expensive for offered food.

The location of the hotel is central and within walking distance of a majority of the sites. The foyer is an open and welcoming space and along with complimentary tea and coffee was a real surprise.

Could not control the temperature on the room effectively.

Overall we had a really nice time, the location is amazing, it’s clean and organized.

The breakfast was nice but could have been better.

Location, staff, quality of the room

The breakfast was good and the cleanliness was very good.

I Didn't like the view of the room because our window was all blocked by the wall.

Relatively centralVery nice facilitiesExcellent breakfastGood value for money

Beds were a bit too soft for my taste

We loved this property. The location and the parking garage were terrific. We were able to walk most places and we also had easy access to public transportation. The breakfast was fantastic. (Something for everyone) We would definitely recommend this property and would definitely stay again.

location, parking place, breakfast, pets accommodation all was exceptional.

The staff are wonderful. excellent breakfast. We very much enjoyed our room.

Best location in Budapest, reasonable sized rooms, nice TV with ability to connect it to your phone which is cool, good air conditioning and friendly staff especially Mr Othmane.

Tiny bathroom, and there were 2 small blankets instead of a regular large blanket. No facilities like spa, pool, room service.
