Boutique Residence Budapest

Location, friendly staff, great shower pressure.

This is a hidden gem.. The hotel is hidden behind one of the old wooden doors where you must be buzzed in. Once inside you enter a courtyard. You. Take a small old lift up to the second floor . On a buzz in to the reception and a friendly staff greets you

Excelent value, courteous staff ready to make a memorable stay, clean, comfortable, all amenities included including a safe deposit box…. Fantastic!

Tremendous location. Quiet and peaceful due to triple (quadruple?) glazing. Windows opened for fresh air. Big, comfortable bed. Wonderful shower. Kind, thoughtful and extremely helpful staff completely fluent in English.

What’s not to like?

Very helpful staff. Great location. Ok breakfast.

Excellent central location and a modern hotel. The staff were extremely helpful and we would highly recommend the property.

Nothing it was excellent

Centrally located, large room

Cleaned half heartedly. Dirty cups and glasses left for days and not replaced . Towels need to be replaced . Worn out

This stands out as the finest accommodation I've experienced in Budapest so far. The host's welcome was exceptionally warm, the location is fantastic, and the room boasts a stylishly modern design. My highest recommendation – 100%

Location was fantastic, the room was clean modern and well appointed.

Nothing!

Very helpful, nice staff, great location, clean room.

Great location, good staff., clean property.

Breakfast was not up to the mark. A very small selection and not properly maintained.

Staff couldn’t have been more helpful - showed us to our room, explained everything, gave recommendations - just so willing to go above and beyond. Was really quiet despite being in the centre of the city. Lidl next door to pick up supplies and snacks. Great continental breakfast and also a glass of wine on arrival. Left luggage facility was helpful and the hotel is a 10 minute (flat and easy) walk from the airport bus stop. Really couldn’t recommend this hotel more for a short stay in the city-it is very tiny and doesn’t have lots of facilities that bigger hotels do, but the location, price, atmosphere and nature if the staff mean it’s better than a bigger ‘faceless’ hotel! Get booking people!!!!!

Coffee machine in the room was a bit temperamental (but I’m being picky now!)

The staff was great, very helpful and attentive.

The only problem I had is that the hot water in the shower was coming and going. I was in 2 rooms and experience the same.

The location is fantastic and the staff was great! The room was spacious and we got city view. Would totally stay here again.

The shower doors are hard to close and is easy to wet the floor outside of the stall.

Great location, nice and helpful stuff, comfy bed and a decent room size.

One morning breakfast was lacking a bit but on the whole no complaints. Staff friendly and really helpful. Lovely and quiet place to stay as well but central to the town.

Nothing really.

Amazing location, the room was beautiful & very comfortable, the staff are incredible! So friendly and helpful ?

Fantastic location. Really clean . Good breakfast. Staff were extremely helpful and always smiling with some great tips for local restaurants

This hotel is really lovely. It was spotlessly clean, the room was really large and modern, the bed was super comfy, the staff were really friendly and the breakfast was nice. As an added bonus, the location is perfect - really central and easily accessible. We stayed here as a couple with a toddler and it couldn't have been a more pleasant stay.

There was nothing we didn't like!

The receptionist was super friendly and helpful! We could check in much earlier which was great. Luggage storage available after check-out. Very good breakfast with fresh bread, vegetables and fruits. Only the eggs were missing.

A breakfast room with windows would have made a better start to the day. I missed the (sun)light a little and there was not so much space in general but this is just due to the construction and maybe not so much to do about. Maybe convert the room next to the breakfast room from a bed room to a breakfast room as well so that there is more space and a window/balcony.
