Cortile Hotel - Adults Only

The staff are very kind Very good breakfast Very clean hotel

The room is one open space

The pool was great and everything was clean

The air flow in the room was a bit problematic there was no air coming through the window. And the ac didn't really work we couldn't manage to change it.

Kind staff. Location. Cleaness.

The room was very nice, the location was perfect we walked everywhere. Great restsursnts in the area. The breakfast in the morning was perfect. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was great also.

I liked everything. No complaints.

Good location, quiet, great breakfast and very friendly and helpful staff.

Everything at this hotel was AMAZING! Our luggage was delayed with the airlines and without the employee, we would not have been able to get them. The airlines was making it difficult especially witht he language barrier and he offered to call without us asking. Everyone is kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing - we wish we would have taken more advantage of it. House keeping was detail oriented. They saw we did not like the blanket at the end of the bed and would fold it out of the way since we kept taking it off. This hotel exceeded our expectations!

It was not as close as I thought it would be to everything but I would still come back due to the amazing service.

Very Clean and comfortable. Great Location. Fab hotel and facilities & indoor pool Bliss. Lovely Breakfast. Very attentive and friendly staff. Hot drinks available 24/7. Robes and slippers and pool towels available on request.

Nothing !

Cortile was a wonderful hotel. Staff very helpful and friendly, breakfast was outstanding. Entire facility very clean and in a very convenient location. On a quiet side street, but walkable distance to sights, public transportation and restaurants.

No complaints.

Friendly staff, excellent cleanliness, great breakfast selection . Lovely swimming pool. Great location

Proximity to the city, location, check in experience , attentive staff , terrace

Pool was too shallow, no gym

Rooms, bed and breakfast buffet.

Hairdryer in room very poor. Water in pool to cold.

Unique room, great breakfast. Convenient location.

Concierge services inconsistent. Particularly, got conflicting, and then incorrect info about train travel. One person was great, two were good, and one was confusing and incorrect. Not what we expected!

Breakfast was wonderful, rooftop pool was perfect! The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Loved the 24/7 free tea and coffee in the lobby.

Nothing, everything was wonderful.

Breakfast was really nice, very extensive, a lot of variety - even daily. After small issue with airconditioning, we were even able to move (at midnight) to a different room! Excellent service.

The rooftop bar is nice, but it lacks cosiness...

Excellent location, brilliant breakfast, very clean rooms, lovely pool and the all the staff were fabulous - so friendly and helpful

The breakfast was superb. We were amazed at the variety of foods that were available. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Loved the hotel's interior design and colour throughout. Enjoyed a dip in the pool.

No issues

In all my years of reviewing hotels etc I have never given anywhere 10/10 ...until now!!Everything about this hotel is first rate, top class. From the moment we were booked in we were treated like old friends and made to feel very welcome. We were straight away offered tea, coffee, or a cold drink. The hotel is spotless, the staff are so warm, helpful and friendly .This hotel goes above and beyond with the facilities it offers and the well thought out touches offered in every room. Our room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. Thoughtful touches of slippers, bathrobes , coffee machine and fridge were supplied. Beds were very comfortable and bedding of a high standard. The rooftop pool is delightful, clean , towels provided , showers, changing rooms , a large bowl of fruits to help yourself to as well.Breakfast !! ...amazing, lots of choice , good quality , hot food and a great choice of Continental, they even have quality sparkling wine on offer to have with your breakfast !!Teas, coffees , hot chocolate etc and some complimentary pastries are available day and night ..just help yourself! The location of the hotel is great as well, it is only a short 5-7 minute walk to St Stephens Basilica. I really cannot say enough great things about the high standard of this hotel, the amazing breakfasts and the wonderful staff who work there.I want to say a big Thank you to all the staff ...you are doing a great job. This hotel in my opinion offers everything at a very reasonable price.10/10. Very impressed ? ?

There wasn't anything I didn't like, they were outstanding !

Location, staff, room, breakfast , rooftop bar and pool. Our interactions with hotel staff were all outstanding. The woman at the rooftop bar Réka was so nice and welcoming and made sure we were comfortable and taken care of. We would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to stay in Budapest. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Nothing. We have no complaints at all.

Excellent hotel, very central. Great roof top bar and pool. Gregory in reception was very helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional! Free hot drinks day and night in breakfast area as well as mini pastries

Room felt a bit darkAir conditioning worked but no fan to boost it

Loved the room, breakfast, rooftop pool was excellent and so relaxing. Loved the way they communicated and nothing was too much trouble. Even looking after your cases or late check out. Loved how near it was to St Stephen’s, Fashion Street shops. It was very easy using bolt and uber app to visit special places like the Zoo, Leo’s rooftop bar - food was excellent and Twentysix-Six restaurant is a must see and heroes square, Szchenyani spa etc, fashion street shops, fisherman’s bastion, buda castle, Vajdahunyad castle etc.

Nothing! Maybe the roadworks outside but this was not the hotels fault. They even put us in a room away from the noise.
