Gerloczy Boutique Hotel

Helpful staff, great location, excellent care downstairs

Much noisier than expected. Cafe staff downstairs preparing to open unfortunately make a lot of noise moving bins and such in the mornings

Helpful staff and excellent location.

The stay here was wonderful. It is a wonderful hotel and centrally located. The staff were excellent, especially Zsolti. We could not commend Zsolti enough. He went above and beyond in ensuring we had what we needed, knew where we were going and was always kind and courteous. Whilst the hotel was great, there was definitely a sense that Zsoltu made the hotel a great experience. Zsolti even went above and beyond and tried to help me solve a time sensitive transport issue.

The stay was good and so nothingn not to like.

Amazing location; gorgeous, well-kept interior; incredibly helpful, thoughtful and charming staff

Walls are thin; other guests are sometimes noisy

Traditional elegance, with 14 foot ceilings in the rooms, including the bathroom! Lovely restaurant, and very friendly and helpful staff.

Shower was a little low for a six foot or taller person.

The property is beautiful and the restaurant and food and wine are perfectionThe best part is the staff. They went out of their way to solve my travel problems and make us feel welcome and safe

Not a thing

Great location and super friendly staff. I got the exact room I booked and it was as expected.

Location is good. Great restaurant down stairs. Room was clean and quiet. I would stay here if I went back. Good staff.

Very beautiful hotel. Our attic room was cozy with enough space to relax and spread out. The bathroom tiles were always warm which was awesome in winter. The staff were super friendly. Delivered us memory foam pillows, robes and a sewing kit when requested. Housekeeping was spot on too. Don’t skip the restaurant downstairs. Quaint and vibey, very cool. We got in late and had some yummy soup before bed. Couldn’t recommend this hotel enough.

We loved our room so much we didn’t want to leave. Instead spent hours in the room rather than sight seeing.

Absolutely loved this hotel. The room was so cute in its uniqueness and old fashion charm. The location couldn’t be better. Even walked with our luggage the five minutes to the airport bus stop. It’s also really close to a central metro location which we used a lot. Plus ofCourse close to the Christmas Market, many attractions including the Old Synagogue.

If you have mobility issues the bed on a pedestal might be difficult.

The location is perfect. It is close to everything. The staff is really friendly and helpful. The room is as in pictures.Highly recommended. Definitely staying there again.

We stayed in the attic loft which was the cutest and most unique hotel room that I've ever stayed in -- beautifully renovated!

I wish we could have stayed longer but there was only 1 night available.

Perfect location for downtown and to catch the airport bus

The bathroom is very impractical. The way the bathtub is set up makes it difficult to take a shower without flooding the floor.

Great location, very central but still quiet and not crowded. big and comfortable room

The location was great - the cafe & food were excellent, rooms were very clean & comfortable -lovely old world look- staff friendly & helpful.

Can’t think of anything

Charming room. The restaurant was phenomenal.

The shower was weird with no door and just a ridge holding the water back.

Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Location is very central yet quiet.Room is very comfortable and charming with period touchesRestaurant is excellent

An extra waste paper bin near the deskProperty is showing some small signs of wear and tear: an upgrade of the maintenance program may be required.Lobby area is a bit ordinary

We liked the proximity to transit options and the many great restaurants within short walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Antique appointments are quaint and lovely. Comfortable beds & linens.

Our room on the 1st floor was rather small despite high ceilings. We needed to open windows to make it cool enough to sleep but street noise was then a problem. Its an old building with less than efficient heating/AC. The shower drain was very slow.

Pretty hotel , good location and excellent restaurant
