Hotel Memories Budapest

good location of the Hotel, the food is good, close to the parking garage, and the staff could be a little friendlier and more responsive.

Location. Staff. Breakfast. Good price. Comfortable.

Wifi signal in my room. Almost no signal. Hair drier didn’t work.

Nice location, breakfast was good

Small room

24/7 Free drinks and cakes

Room size

The location

I like larger rooms, but they are clean an in great condition, for the location it is a great deal

Location. Close to all tourist spots, restaurants and airport express busClean

Heater, i was not able to sleep because it’s hot. I dont wanna open the window. Upon check-in i told the receptionist that im not able to make it to the 7am breakfast next day coz my flight is early, i asked if i can have a pack breakfast, he said yes, the next day, the receptionist told me there’s no pack breakfast for me, there’s no request done. I was upset.

Breakfast was great, staff very helpful, location is top as it's very close to public transportation and the main area. Ideal for walking too.

Room size can be tricky, seems like more suitable for weekend travelers than people traveling for longer trips and with big luggages.

Great breakfast, some vegan options, although limited. Nice interior. Comfortable and clean rooms and beds. 24/7 kitchen with tea and snacks. A/C worked great. Great location. Would come back!

A bit of noise from the street, especially if you open the window. Nothing major.

The location

The staff was bad. The rooms were too small. It’s not a 4 star hotel

Best possible location, reach breakfast, very good room but small. Maybe too expensive for what is provided. But probably, the price was too high due to the Christmas period.

The facilities of SAUNA and SPA. SAUNA was too small and barely could fit 2 people simultaneously. There is 1 small SPA for all the hotel clients.

Only the location was good :)

I booked a hotel because they had a sauna and spa. Sauna was just on box :) and jakuzzi was out of orrder

Good location. Friendly staff. Coffee and tea and snacks in the afternoon.

I would like a take away coffee cup.

$500 for a dorm room. See pictures

Old, outdated, tiny rooms, maze-like, elevator only goes up one floor but rooms are 1-2 floors higher than that...Paid $500 for a hostel-size and hostel quality room. Actually, hostels are better quality for a fraction of the price.

The hotel is exceptionally good! 1. Breakfast is excellent. Moreover, you can use the kitchen 24/7, all avaliable things for free - that's a great value! 2. Welcome drink in the restaurant was a small gesture, but very good surprise that made the difference3. Location is great , too. Most of the landmarks are at the distance walk away, plus great access to public transportation.4. Last, but not the least, staff is brilliant! Very friendly, helpful and welcoming

The room is a bit smaller than one would expect, so it makes your stay a bit less comfortable. But this shortcoming was well overcome by abovementioned advantages. Well done!

Great location ?? Clean rooms , helpful staff

There was no kettle and water in the room .

The location is excellent, the staff is friendly and very helpful. The breakfast is very good, and there is coffee and tea and refreshments throughout the day. The room is comfortable and spacious,

the bathroom facilities are outdated and in need of renovation.

very helpful and kind staff, helped us with our bikes, wonderful breakfast and coffee/tea all day, great location great value

rooms are small but that is completely great with price and value,

Excellent location, quality rooms

Airco was turned off because of chill weather though they put it back for us when we asked

Location, cleaness, price, good for 3 adults stay in the same room

Difficult to find entrance. No staff.

‏ The receptionist was polite and helpful .

Stayed for 4 nights on a friends’ trip. My experience at this hotel was disappointing. The restaurant staff were not friendly or welcoming — they didn’t smile and made us feel uncomfortable, as if we didn’t belong there. The receptionist was polite and helpful, but the elevator broke down twice during our stay. Breakfast was also unpleasant; the boiled eggs were served cold, which made the meal uncomfortable. The hotel is located in the city center and close to a Jewish temple. Overall, the atmosphere lacked warmth, and the staff didn’t seem genuinely interested in making guests feel welcome.
