Close roximity to all the sites. Close to tram stops and easily walkable to everything. Nearby cafés and restaurants, park, etc.

The staff was very helpful - when it appeared that the room is not ready yet (just small delay), we immediately got a nice and unsolicited compensation - free parking :). The room was huge and comfy. The location is good, not far from a metro station. There is a midsize supermarket close enough + cosy sushi bar just by the entrance.

The location was good, right next to the metro station and a walking distance from major places of interest. The suite we stayed in was very big and comfortable.

The electricity went out in our room for the entire night and so we did not have a/c, lights, or a way to charge our phones. We were told it could only be fixed in the morning and when we complained about this in the morning, the manager's attitude was embarrissing, to say the least.

The was no noise cancellation, we heard everything from the hall outside.The room was very warm without any option to turn the ac on on cool mode so we needed to open the windows but there was an office across and they could see everything inside the room.One lad this, the room is too dark

location is good as we can reach almost everywhere by walking. room is ok but can be a bit bigger as between twin beds there is lack of space. breakfast seemed ok but always everyday same things appearing, no sweets, marmalades and juices sud be more fresher and good served.

The room was so hot, and the stuff didn’t find a solution to make the air conditioner on status cool

Room was excellent, we had a Superior Double on floor 7 on the roadside. There is traffic noise but not enough to keep you awake.

Everytime we needed reception we had to wait 10/15 mins in a queue. This was for check in, luggage collection etc. Other people also became frustrated with this and started to jump the queue which further lengthened the wait times of others.

The hotell was very close to the city center and surroundings.

The room could be cleaner. Room was very warm. The AC did not work properly. Just had to have the window open.

All was fine at hotel

They say that have a parking, but it’s not. Be prepared that the parking lot located nearby will be full.

The hotel has a good location, close to main attractions. The property and rooms are clean and well maintained. The hotel and room were clean, and the room size was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

I sahll think again to book one more time in this hotel

That was not my first time in Exe hotel, may be 3rd or 4th, the hotel was overbooked, there was no place at the breakfast to eat, even the food took so much time be refilled, one of the two the elevator was not working and we had to wait too much time to go up or down, more and above we used to have simple things like water in the room but there were not any and when we asked the receptionist they told us sorry we cannot get you water as you booked via booking.com , that is a shame on the hotel and they were not professional in small things like that.

Location was good

Old furniture, very poor room facilities, bad view for most of the rooms, elevator so slow. I am sure with similar value anyone can find much better stay in Budapest

Bath was problematic. Door didn’t close properly. Water in the bath drained so slowly

The hotel is in a very good location close to restaurants. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is ok. Also there is an underground parking

The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything I needed and easy to get around. I especially loved the breakfast; it was fresh, varied, and a great way to start the day. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, a solid experience and I’d definitely consider coming back.

The location is great. The room was great, but we got the upgrade to superior room because our room was not ready until 15,20 when we got there. We had to wait for another 20 minutes. The room was really great, but looking to the main street with a lot of traffic. If you do not mind sleeping with the closed window, it is fine. It had a small balcony, like roof balcony, cool.

If you like sweet breakfast it is good, but if you do not it was just let say, average.What I really did NOT like is hotel sending me a massage on Whatsupp. We had to fill out some forms, fine, but I never expected and it had never happened before that a hotel sends me a massage on Whastupp. I did not like it at all. I just blocked it, then they tried again I blocked it again.

Rooms were spacious, location was great next to everything, breakfast was quite varied

Towels were terrible, breakfast staff were rude, air conditioning was not great.
