Up Hotel Budapest

The location was fabulous for what we had planned. It is right off Andrazzi Avenue which was exactly what we wanted. It also had parking which we utilized.

The room was very nice. The only area of opportunity was a crumbled tissue that was high up on the bedframe/shelf mounted to the wall. I think this was a unique circumstance, it was in an area that could easily be overlooked.

AC does not seem to be on so my room was a little bit hot. Pillows were super soft as well

The A/C did not function for the majority of my stay. There were two attempts to fix it but after the second fix it stopped working again.

Very nice and clean had a gym and a sauna. Very close to. everywhere we wanted to go.

We really liked the location of the hotel, it’s close to many attractions and easy to get around using public transport (bus or metro). The staff were friendly and welcoming, which added a lot to the overall experience.

The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable. Also, the room wasn’t cleaned the day after we arrived, but after we informed the staff, the issue was resolved.

The central location, modern look, food variety at breakfast, car garage available.

Being during the holiday season there were many people showing up at breakfast time making it hard to find a table. I would suggest to extend the breakfast hours during the holidays. Room cleaning could be improved (we had to move the couch in the room to make space for the luggages and it was very dusty).

Checkin staff could be more pleasant and greeted guests with a smile to ease a long and tiring journey.

The hotel is wonderful and very well located. It is close to many Asian restaurants, supermarkets, and public transportation, making it easy to get around the city center. The staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke good English.The room was very spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. It had a safe, a fridge, a coffee machine, a kettle, and complimentary tea and coffee that were refilled daily. We stayed during the Christmas period, and it was nice that many nearby restaurants were still open. There is also a small park in front of the hotel, which adds a pleasant touch to the area.

The area can feel a little quiet and slightly intimidating at night, although this seems to be common in many parts of Budapest. The small park in front of the hotel is nice, but some local vendors there can be a bit unfriendly, so it’s better to be cautious and avoid taking photos of their stalls.

Stayed there for our second visit to Budapest. Everything stays on the same level of comfort and service. That's good. Will return next time

False fire alarm woke us up in 5 am :(

Good location, 20min walk from Keleti train station. Spacious and modern room, comfy bed and multiple pillows, big and small. Good breakfast, gluten free options available but limited.

Minor detail; the faucet in the bathroom is a bit small

My girlfriend just had birthday and we asked for candle instead of giving candle they gave us Champange . Thanks to them. Also the place was cozy with hot water. And beatifull loby.

The hotel is new and clean, breakfast is good, the staff very friendly snd helpful. Very good location for good price.

The hotel staff was amazing, helped with every difficulty and question, excellent breakfast.good selection of food, good bar and restaurant, very close to the center and there is accessible public transportation in the area to anywhere that you need.

Not worth the price

The room didn't have opening windows, which was not stated during the booking, and for us was a big deal not to have natural air in the room.Also, the price in euro stated when booking, was not at all related when paying.There are much more better hotels worth this price in beautiful city of Budapest.

I travel frequently and can honestly state that the UP hotel is a stand-out.They also have a bright beautiful restaurant and a large bar & lounge.Room service was prompt, accurate, and very tasty. The bartender was talented. Try the margarita!Super-comfy bed and bedding. Smaller bathroom, but a great shower! Overall, you really can't find a better hotel for any amount of money. Don't hesitate...Book it NOW, and thank me later.

There was nothing I didn't like about the UP hotel in Budapest. Book it.

Easy to go places in town off the metro. Liked the breakfast, common areas and room decor.

Didn’t have a chair in our room for 3 people. Shower area separate from toilet area and sink area made for traffic jams in the morning, but all facilities worked well.
