- Customer service and the restaurants! We arrived late on our first day, so the assigned room was not what we had hoped for. However, the front desk was able to move us later during our stay. The two restaurants in the hotel are also amazing!
- Nice location convenient to public transportation to central train station and city. The staff were very friendly and helpful and love and enjoyed the breakfast buffet with a wide range of food selections. The shuttle service was very convenient.
Cons -
- I found this hotel quite to my liking and friendly
- To make the climate control and the bathroom/hall lights work you had to place your room key card in a device inside the door. This was extremely bizarre and I thought they simply didn't work and I showered in the dark.
- The only thing I wish was in the room is an alarm clock or any type of a clock. I was visiting from the US and my cell phone does not work in Poland so to check the time I had to turn on TV or my tablet. It would be nice to have a time readily available.
