- The staff are outstanding, very welcoming and accommodating. Unfortunately I forgot their names,but they exceeded our expectations.The hotel itself is in an excellent location, a grocery store across the street,shopping right outside.
- Where to start & where to end? Place fantastic and staff kind and helpful . Coming in by train? You will live the location 4 blocks from station. Beautiful welcoming foyer and sitting area. Rooms tastefully decorated and loved the breakfast available.
- Downtown location, near transportation, free passes for transportation
Cons -
- Hotel is struggling with new AC system. AC did not work in my first room and I had to wait until the second day to be able to change my room to one with working AC.
- All was great
