- The lady working the evening was very friendly.
- Location is great.
Cons -
- The gentleman working the front desk was quite rude and condescending. They charged us an additional $30 for a poor-quality breakfast when we were told our breakfast was included. The wifi didn't work and the tv was not in English.
- Room is old. For the first couple of days, wifi was not stable. I had to call the reception every night. One of the female staff was not friendly. One of my worst experiences in Vienna.

Location is great.
