Opened in February 2013, Best Western Plus Hotel Arcadia occupies an Art Nouveau building just a 10-minute walk from the Messe Wien Exhibition Center and the Praterstern Train and Underground Station. Free WiFi is also available. The air-conditioned rooms feature wooden floors, a flat-screen satellite TV, a mini-bar and a safety box. Private bathrooms are fitted with a bath tub or with a shower, free toiletries and a hairdryer. Bathrobes and slippers are provided on request. Guests of the Arcadia Hotel benefit from a snack bar and a 24-hour reception. Laundry and ironing service are available on request and for an extra charge. A traditional Austrian restaurant is just 656 feet away. Vienna’s city center and the UN headquarters (Vienna International Center) are a 10-minute underground ride away. Upon request and against surcharge, airport shuttle can be arranged.

- Room and staff were very nice
- Good location, good price at time of booking
Cons -
- The fitness room was not available due to a recent flooding. The staff said it was taken down from various homepages.
- Room felt outdated and worn out, cleanliness - dust on the sheet/cover that covers the bottom of the bed (it gave a feeling of are the sheets really fresh or not). Desk worn and not clean feeling. Fridge old and not clean feeling.
- The room has a shower cabin and a sink in the living space, literally. The furniture was old and cheap. It felt like 2* hostel.
