Holiday Inn - the niu, Mesh Stuttgart Messe by IHG

A small cooler / fridge would be nice. Have it optional for people who have a longer stay like I had. A way to lock the wheels on the beds would be nice as well.

Two single beds instead of a bigger double bed. Blanket was a bit narrow.

They do not offer parking for the guest for free like any normal hotel. They charge €20 for it. A big issue

Good hotel, solid value, warm and confortable.

Boring and meaningless neighborhood, not a problem, but need a car. Parking too expensive and a challenge to find a street spot (but doable)

Nice decoration. Quiet. Window Curtain blocks light. Good shower. Good pillows. Easy check-in with reception. A small sauna after 4 pm available for free. Connection to airport with U6 tram is good.

View from window is not so nice.

Very beautiful and nice Spaces. Everyone in the Deck was very nice to me. I took breakfast and it was very good.

They didn’t clean my room during my stay.

Staff cooperative, room cleane but small. It was good experience. Germans are good in service provisions. Breakfast was also good.

Breakfast was superb. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

The location was odd and there was very little in the way of restaurants to walk to.

I had a problem with a strong smell in the bathroom, but, upon request, I changed rooms.

Everything was clean, staff was exceptionally friendly. They had great vegan options in the breakfast.

I found the parking to be very overpriced when there is so much free parking around. So I just parked for free, but it would have been nice to go in the lot because they had a charger for my car.

Convenient for a stop over, reception works 24h and there are a lot of parking places available. Breakfast was very good. Easy access from the parking to the hotel, also for disabled people.

The rooms had a strange smell.

I can say to all the staff of The Niu thank you.I like the bartender. She look always that the glasses are all clean and she friendly.

The bath mirror have N+A written. Housekeeping never clean the ???OMG for real N+A lift your mark at the mirror of hotel. ??‍♀️?

Limited staff on the main counter and at the bar. Restroom bathroom vanity was clogged. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable

Not much to like other than it's about a cheap a room as you can get.

It was PAINFULLY budget. We only stayed there because the employer required us to. It ain't the worst place in the world but don't get your hopes up. A place to shower and sleep and that's it.

The public areas were comfortable so the ridiculously small room didn't seem as bad.

The staff really struggles to provide service. Though the place is nonsmoking, everyone smoke in the front of the property. We had to open the emissions because the AC didn't work in the room, which meant we were living in a cigarette ash tray of smoke all the time. Somehow this app gives my rating a 4. I hope that's on a scale of ten and not 5. I'm glad we're checking out today.

Great staff, clean rooms, everything that you need while on a business trip. Breakfast selection is good.

For the price and access to the Messe, it was ideal. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast was very good.

20 EUR per night to park without security camera. Unfortunately, our bikes were stolen on the last night stay even though locked to our car bike carrier and reinforced with chain locks. At check in, the hotel reception assured us they would be safe based on how we locked the bikes.You could not tell who worked at the hotel - no uniforms nor name tags. There were many people were walking around the hotel parking lot with phones sitting around. Then some from the parking lot would be seen in the hotel cleaning the rooms and doing trash collections. Despite having a kitchenette, there were no hot water pots nor cups to make coffee/tea.

The staff was helpful.

Beds/pillows not comfortable, no restaurant or room service, staff suggested a delivery they worked with which was both expensive and awful (and delivered in1h30min) Breakfast was disappointing.

Decent sized room

Two single beds pushed together with scratchy duvet cover. Restaurant only had choice of two pizzas even though they had a pasta/pizza menu. Staff member brought frozen pizza out took plastic wrapping off it and put in pizza oven. Was just a supermarket cheap pizza. Very poor.
