The staff were nice and it was super close to public transportation.

The cleanliness left to be desired even though the sheets and pillow cases were mostly clean, the pillows weren't, there shelfs were quite dusty, the mattress had no hold, had to stay in the middle of risk of rolling down.

Clean and comfortable room at a good price and near the train station, but not near enough to hear it!

Restaurants in the area have a narrow lunch schedule and many close by 13:30. Hard to find somethingbto eat in the area when check-in is 15:00.

This our normal hotel pick for the fest. Great location with friendly staff. Hotel offers limited free parking.

We don’t receive our complementary water.

We liked the price and the fact that there was a parking garage (10€/ day) right underneath. Staff were super friendly.

Tiny room.

Nice design. Clean.

Construction taking place on one side of the building, so if you have a room on that side, Construction noise begins at 7am. We were also right off the elevators and heard people leaving their rooms in the morning. Cleaning ladies were EXTREMELY LOUD, gossiping loudly, letting the doors bang behind them constantly as they went in and out. So if you're looking for a restful morning. This is not the place.

Breakfast was good, the location isn't bad. Its 15 mins by tram to the Hbf

Design is great, especially the bar (they seem to be proud of it), breakfast is tasty with a great variety of vegan alternatives! 3 types of plant based milk, vegan cheese and ham, good job, Motel One. The room is comfortable, clean and well equipped. Late check out is a plus.

It's a very cozy hotel near the u-bahn station. Friendly staff. It was a very good option for our 3 night stay. You can get to the city Centre in 15 min with the metro (U).

The hotel is good, very much the same as other MOTEL ONE. Front desk staff are nice and warm. Parking is easy and free.

We arrived on Tuesday afternoon. There is limitted restaurant around opening for the dinner.

The ambiance and decor and the very friendly staff were amazing.

The two separate duvets were disappointing lol but it seems to be a trend among most hotels. If I book one double room, I want to sleep under one duvet with my lover....not two single size duvets lol. But we found a way around it ;) Other than that everything was perfect, will definitely stay again.

This is a New Hotel, so all is new and clean. Everything else was terrible.

This is a New Hotel, so all is new and clean. The Rooms are Super Small, and the Rooms does not even have a Wardrobe to unpack. Two people cannot say in a Double Bedroom. We Upgraded to a Kingsize Bed, but Room just became smaller (around 500mm around Bed is all we had in the Room). It is an overnight Hotel. Staff refused to provide a Table to place Luggage onto to get Bags laid down (not that the Room will have much space for it bit we explained we are there 10 days and they did not want to assist). No Hot Breakfast and very Basic. Cannot ask for Coffee and Rooms has nothing (no Mini-Bar, no Coffee, nothing but towels and clean linen. No Drinking Water provided at all. Euro 6 per 1lt bottle of water and they said you get one when you are welcomed, and we had nothing when we arrived. Two Double Rum and Coke and one Single Vodka and Coke was Euro 80 and Barman refused to explain why he charged so much (figured out he doubled all and refused to explain why (as then he could not speak proper English). No Restaurant, and no Restaurants close by either, meaning you are stuck... I will not recommend this, unless you have no Baggage and Stay over one evening, eat out before hand and know you will leave early and not need coffee.

Great bar and lounge area, nice rooms, friendly staff

Hotel was great, perfect for just two of us. Everything was clean and the location was perfect. There’s a tram station right outside the entrance of the hotel, or there is one a 10 minute walk away. The only downside was the cost of breakfast, i did feel that it was a little overpriced for what it actually was. But other than that it was a 10/10.

Breakfast was decent focusing on organic & vegan options. The lobby and bar were nice as well.

Loud room, although requested quiet room. The rooms are tiny for a 6'4" person. The bar did not have any food.

A budget hotel with a 5star hotel design in lobby and barFirst time in Motel 1, and I got a very good impression rooms are not big, but its a budget hotel,The bed is very comfortable, with 3 different size pillows,the safe if vertical, near the bed, and its easy to use this way.The bathroom is fine , I was in the 4th floor, and was good that early in morning the shower gave hot water within ten seconds, even the central warm water heating may be upstairs.The trash can is also the correct size, trash fits in well, not the widespread tiny pedal trash can, nothing fits inThe inside room design is the modern trendy hotel room design, no old fashion cabinets, only open shelves, hangersand its ok for a budget hotel.and the nice things come now.The ground floor huge lobby and bar looks like a designer 5 star new york hotel lobby The first impression comes that lobby ceiling is at least 10meter height, which high ceiling gives the absolut amazing 5 star athmosphere.The desingner illumnation, specially at the bar, the counter lights give a very 5 star feeling in the budget hotel lobby.There are plenty of very comfortable sofas and armchairseach of them different design, so hotel guests have the feeling they better stay in the very comfortable and cool lobby area, not in the rooms.The hotel location is quite central, the huge car brand showrooms are in the neighbor,just nearby is the 3 level mercedes showroom, with at least 300 cars shown. Amazing to see.You can reach the highstreet Königstreet, by a tram, 10minutes trip, tram stop is just fronthead the hotel.The brekfast was fine, all the hotel feeling is very positive and warm for me.I will try other Motel1 hotels when I am in germany other cities

Everything was ok, only a little thing should be changed easily.The croissants in the breakfast bar was not baked fully well, some kitchen staff stopped the bakery machine baking time half time, so the croissants were half baked onlyits easy to correct , make a note for the kitchen staff , to use the correct baking time maybe they were forced to serve the croissants as fast as possible.better to bake well, guests will wait for the well baked criossants, as the quality itself was right.All the other things in the breakfast were fine
