Clean rooms, comfortable bed, friendly staff, great location. What else could you want? I would definitely go there again.

The location is excellent, all restaurants are close, shops too. Staff is very friendly. Despite that check in is 15:00, they allow to put our luggage inside the receiption

We had a baby stroller and the main entrance did not have a ramp or lift from street level. So we had to carry the stroller 5-6 steps up and down everyday. The breakfast is ok but everyday they serve the exact same food. For long stays it might be disappointing

Nice beds, huge TV with netflix youtube etc. very central location but very quiet room.

No parking available, they said i was full we had to use a private parking garage 40eur for 2 nights. Weak AC unit in the room

Excellent location in the city center. Very poor conditions for rest - super hard beds, intermittent loud noise from the ventilation. Poor breakfast with low-quality foods.

The fact that the air-condition wasn’t working in one of the rooms we got. They did nothing about that except offering a lame fan. I booked and paid for some details which i expect to receive. They could have repay some of the amount or maybe to offer some free services such as breakfast, but nothing. All what I got is a sorry and an empty nod.

The cleaning lady just walked in in our room make me freakout i jumped out of just to tell me that she bring extra bag for the trash and she shouted that its not allowed to leave the garbage outside note that every time the cleaning lady come to my room she do not remove the cutlery so i put it outside and i have a big family so out trash pin get fulled quickly and when i call the reception they told me the cleaning workers finished they job I admit i leave the trash outside and if its not allowed i would never do it again but its not acceptable to a stranger just walk into my room in the morning and throw me a trash bag and start telling me about the hotel rules and regulations!!!

The best thing about this hotel is the location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room is small but comfy, and the AC works well during warm weather.

The facility is kind of old, there is no fridge at the room.

This was the best location. Close to lots of shopping and a quick walk to Schlossplaza and the train station. The staff was friendly and helpful. It was nice to have loaner umbrellas available! Don’t let the plain exterior deceive you, very nice inside!

The breakfast was simple and limited with not all items were refilled when they ran out. The gym is offsite but only a couple minute walk away. It was hard to keep the water from going everywhere in the shower but it had great pressure and was plenty warm.

It was clean and unique. The property seemed somewhat committed to using environmentally friendly products

You don't shower properly because the hose is too short. For larger people not at all relaxed longer than 5 minutes to shower.For this price I expect a bathtube I enjoy showering.I also asked for parking ans they said yeah, just behind the corner. After chrckout, they charged me and didnt say anything in front about the price. I thought it was included. Its expensive, not worth to pay this amount.

Great location near pedestrian zone and public transportation. Parking on site was convenient for 20 eur a day (however the entrance is pretty hidden, signs would've been nice). Good wifi.

AC in room did not work, was told AC didn't function for entire floor of hotel we were on. It was only April but the room was uncomfortably warm. The bathroom did not have a door or any sort of privacy screen... Room was very small, especially with a crib. No water kettle or coffee in the room.
