Very nice staff, clean and super cute

Air conditioning was missing

The staff was friendly and helpful. A pleasure to talk to. Breakfast was great. The room was spacious. There were TVs in both the bedroom and sitting room.

TV in the sitting room was too small.

Very cozy, great outside facilities, excellent location for parents of student in Stuttgart University, breakfast was delicious, it was a great place to spend the Easter Holidays visiting our son leaving in the dormitory

Location , quiet, parking, clean.Nice for a night to stay - we had a party quiet near. Good communication through booking.com emails / messages about keys- codes. There is no 24 hour reception but set times

Room 14 had a strong smell , like glue? We opened the window at night. Nr 12 had no smell.

It was five minutes away from work. The room was clean.

The radiators were cold and there was no hot water. The electric water kettle was rusty. The room phone didn’t work. The bed blankets were old and one had a tear. We had to walk outside to the other side of the building five times to tell the receptionist there was no heat and no hot water. We were freezing and nobody fixed the problem or come and talk to us about our complaints. We had to send our complaints to Booking.com because the Hotel wasn’t helping us. After intervention with booking.com we had heat and hot water.

Location was good for me, the environment was nice, the breakfast was fine. Friendly staff.

The room was a bit too small and unequipped (one thin pillow, very small reading light, no kettle), but totally fine for a short stay.

The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, the restaurant served high-quality meat dishes, and the staff was exceptionally polite and professional. Additionally, the location was very convenient for my work purposes.

The Wi-Fi signal was quite weak, which made it difficult to stay connected.

My shower did not have any water on the last day of the stay.

No elevator, and access to rooms requiers traveling through stairs.The breakfast is very humble.

Nice small single-bed room, very close to the university. Classical German hotel, everything as expected.

The toilet was separate from the shower, the shower was rather small and basic. Although walking distance from the university, not very close to the rest of Vaihingen.

Breakfast is excellent, but the bed is too narrow and the room is too small.

Should allow guests to check in late instead of before 8:00 PM

A beautiful family run hotel close to Stuttgart city centre. Lovely breakfast and extremely comfortable rooms.

Very friendly staff. Nice quiet location with an easy 10 min walk to the station. Pleasant breakfast & comfy room.

Limited service on a Sunday. Would like to have had the option of a meal, even a coffee on arrival.

The bed was not as comfortable as I would have liked, but I'm very picky about mattresses.

The hotel was less than a 10 minute walk from the University where I had meetings. The breakfast was very good. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant one night and the food was great. Also the front desk person was very friendly. The after hours check-in was easy and fast.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Certainly the worst in Germany.

The room had ants in it and was freezing cold. The TV in the room did not work. The staff of the hotel had all left the building by 8pm so there was no possibility of improving the situation. There is a restaurant attached to the hotel, but this had also closed, without warning, before 8pm on a Friday night. For almost exactly €100 for a single room (tiny bed) for one night this was just hilariously bad value. A moribund hotel that I imagine will soon close down.
