How welcoming the staff was, how traditionally rustic the hotel was, magnificent breakfast

Very disappointed

The beds were terrible, the bed creaked loudly with every move, the duvet was way too short, the whole hotel wreaked of cigarette smell and there was generally a lot of noise. We cut our stay short.

The parking was really complicated and the only detail is not lift available and we were in the 3rd floor and for my Mother was a little difficult the stairs

Location, friendliness, and helpfulness of the hostess! Lovely greetings and aromasall throughout. Cozy room. Easy walk to Porsche Stadium.

Everything was great, comfy and clean. Super friendly staff and beautiful location.

- the room had a little privacy issue: firstly the rooms are in general poorly soundproofed, so you and the room next to you hear each other a lot.Secondly, the bathroom + toilet have a transparent glass door, so you can see your partner sitting on the toilet.- breakfast was not as special and fancy as promoted, it was rather a pretty standard continental hotel breakfast.

Old Fashioned but clean. Overpriced. Stuff is friendly and helpful but not joyful. Breakfast is not my thing, with Smarties, Gummis Bears and Chocolate fille cookies from the Supermarket. Super unhealthy, but can find breaks, cheese, saussage, eggs, muesli and yoghurt. Quality ok.

Seriously overpriced, very dated and wifi didn’t work in the room at all, had to sit on stairs or reception for any signal

Staff at reception was really good but not the other workers specially the guy serving breakfast. He was very rude and d unprofessional.

The bed wasn’t that comfortable. And heating was not proper in the room.

The hotel was fair but is a home converted into a hotel. There is no lift, and our rooms were on the third floor, making it hard to bring luggage upstairs. Basic amenities like an iron box and kettle for hot water were also unavailable. The pillows and bed were average if you are looking for a good night's sleep.

The friendly staff was memorable, and the kitchen of their restaurant was also very good. Lovely wines, great service.

The location, staff and breakfast was good.The room was clean and good, with all that you need in the hotel.The design of the hotel is like an old traditional house, witch we found very nice.

The beds creaked with every movement. The bathroom with shower were in front of the bed, with transparent glass doors. So if you want to enjoy how your roommate/spouse going to the toilet or showering, it is your hotel.We had two rooms. So during the day, we were in one room, and using the bathroom from the second room.Bad soundproof, we did wake up because someone blew their nose in the next room, and was filling like it was in the same room next to us.In the stairwell, the smell of cigarettes soaked into the carpet.

Beds were pretty uncomfortable and also the pillows.Bathroom has transparent door which doesn’t fully close, so it can be embarrassing for the one using it… and unpleasant for the one outside :/

The glass separation of the bathroom inside the room was partly transparent and did not provide complete privacy .

Located close to both ubahn and street cars for ease of transportation. Nice variety for breakfast. Staff very friendly and accommodating.

At times smell of cigarettes was noticed in our room.
