Dormero Hotel Stuttgart

Breakfast was good, albeit, expensive.

Never stayed in such a place. Resembled a college dorm. Or a cat house hotel. Rooms are austere. Was waiting for a night time knock at the door. Not a place to do business.

The Dormero is a great inclusive experience. You could spend a weekend there and never leave the hotel.

The location is the best because it provide easy access to public transportation and to the downtown.

No air conditioner and staff could not provide fans even after they kept assuring that they will send fans to room they kept lying they say ac system does not work if you open windows it brings all sort of bugs in the rooms including wasp and bees

Room was very cold and couldn’t figure out how to turn on the heat right away .

Travelled with my 21 year old son, hence I booked a junior suite with an extra sofa bed. After check in, the junior suite only had double bed and gaping big hole where sofa bed was supposed to be.Curtains were hanging loose, no warm water in the shower, no hangers to hang up clothes. Sideboard with missing door and only one TV instead of 2.It took several reminders from my side and 3 room moves before amenities were acceptable.Manager on duty's explanation was that they are undergoing renovations which is definitely necessary, but you can't sell rooms that are not up to standard at full price!

Location is good practical hotel good price for a junior suite presence of soft drinks as a gift no water no coffee machine stuff are very friendly but busy minded my room windows were closed and they requested to open them. I was reassured they will be open, but unfortunately, nothing was done finally Very important if you have a car not to pay the hotel and pay directly in the parking machine it costs €16 per day.

The hotel called me 15 min before my arrival to tell me that they did not have room and they cancelled my reservation. Unreliable.

Close to a nice walk

The hotel is close to the UBahn so very noisy if you have the window open slightly. The room was extremely hot and the ac poor.

Room size was pleasant and nice

The room was freezing, and there were not enough towels. Although the room advertised Free Drinks, only some bottles were available on the first day of our stay. The staff was not friendly, spoke poorly in German or English, and was unpleasant.

Convenient location to SI Centrum and Saunas. Parking also easy underground.

Air conditioning wasn’t working. Small space heaters were placed in the room. Window didn’t open. PET friendly hotel.

Didn’t get a room even though I reserved one

I reserved the room only to turn up to say they have no rooms left. They kept me waiting for an hour whilst they checked only to turn me away.

Location

Rooms are extremely hot no AC. The staff provided fans but it didn’t help. Front desk gave access to my room to someone else. Without ID or any conformation rooms have no phones to call front desk.

Modern lobby and spa

Air conditioning wasn’t working at all. Rooms were extremely hot. Asked for different rooms and they wouldn’t accommodate. Televisions didn’t work. Showers didn’t drain properly. None of the restaurants, bar or coffee shop were open. Front desk staff was unhelpful.

Location lots of things to do around

Please fix the WiFi in the rooms as well as the air conditioner it was very hot

Very clean tidy and very comfortable bed, great value for money.The staff were all very helpful, couldn’t do enough for me.They loaned me various phone and laptop charging adaptors, they even went to get their own personal ones for me.They were also very flexible on the check out time.I would definitely stay here again.

Nothing all good

Irish Bar, but even that has lost it appeal.

Completely different from previous stay. Accommodating refugees has led to a complete decimation of service. We stayed (4 rooms ) x 3 nights and spent €4097 on rooms. We have stayed 3-4 times at this hotel for a Messe exhibition. We will not be staying at hotel again
