Convenience! Location was perfect, steps from the train station, near shopping and cultural sites. Staff was helpful and polite. The room was tidy, comfortable, updated with mood lighting. I appreciated the coffee station, soap dispensers, and earplugs.

It was a clean, well kept, modern hotel with nice rooms, a pleasant staff, and a good (although expensive) breakfast buffet. Proximity to the rail station is convenient, but be warned this area can be a bit difficult to find basic food and shopping.

With no AC, the summer heat means leaving windows open. This would be fine except that the area is unbelievably noisy. Ambulance sirens every few minutes, a nearby club with music that can be heard late at night- loud conversation from passersby...

Food price, a bit expensive like the breakfast. And also no closet for stuff, no toiletries except tissue paper, no bed make up for the whole stay (3 nights) no smart tv.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the train station and our destination for the visit. The staff was virtuous and friendly.

I have no complaints.

This was the only hotel where I stayed that had heat. It was comfortable. The bedside lights were handy. Lots of hot water too. The people I met were efficient and polite.

There was no hair dryer.

Very clean and friendly staff. You can leave your lugagge prior to check-in / after check-out. The breakfast was good, the typical stuff but fresh and diverse enough. If what you need is something close to the main station the location is great, there are places to eat couple of blocks away and can still have a short walk to the city center.

I find it a bit pricy for what it's offered.

Very close to the train station. Has parking arrangement as well. Close to the marketplatz as well. Rooms were just sufficient for resting, and clean. Front office provided excellent help to reach the airport, parking etc. Elevator was working as well.Plenty of bakeries and crepe places for a morning stroll and breakfast.

apparently a great room on the 5th floor, well it was facing the main road, the shower was broken and only the hot water was working, check in via a tablet , god knows how many people touch it without being cleaned

This is a very old hotel! The rooms are very small, some of them with carpet, the bad rooms- old tiles, dirty. There is NO Air Conditioning! Outside temperature was 30C. We opened the windows. We’ve got a Fan and ear plugs. This was like a joke from the hotel’s owner!!! The very noisy fan with ear plugs! We had a terrible night! The only good thing about this place was the breakfast and the location. We won’t stay in this Plaza Inn again! Very disappointed!

Water flow of the shower was sufficient only when it was too hot, something was wrong with the cold-water pipe probably. It was too late to call for assistance, so I just did with the little flow there was.

Central location, just around the corner of the central main station. Reasonable prices, compared to other options.

1. Upon checking out, I wanted to open my hand-bag and put my briefcase in. The receptionist didn't allow me even though I told him it would take a minute. Not to mention that there was nobody else there whom I could bother. In essence he threw me out(!)2. There was a toilet for common use in the corridor towards my room. The whole place was smelling really bad.3. I wanted to have a cup of tea but there was a blob of coffee on the tip of the spoon left for me in my room.

Perfect location in the HBF of stuttgart, near to shopping street and restaurants, hotel staff was very friendly and nice, I really enjoy my stay.

Little expensive and when I asked next a bottle of water they said it’s only first day.

The hotel is very close to train station and to shopping streets. People who works for the hotel are very friendly and helpful.

We booked 3 rooms but one of the room’s bathroom is old they have to renew it.

Close to train station, easy walk; clean room; good breakfast

Lift does not work. I was on the first floor and could still hear the traffic despite the sound proofing.
