AC did not work, with open windows it is too loud to sleep Room for 3, the third sleepplace was the couch

The location was right next to a big mall which is very convenient. They also store luggage if you arrive early.

The wall between the sink the bedroom is see through. The TV connection didn't always work.

This location is so ideal for transport, shopping, restaurants and local amenities. It was super easy to get around and find things in the area really close to the hotel to visit. We had two adults and a teenager, booked the junior suite, super spacious!

Two super small things in light of the whole benefits;1- I must of booked wrong as breakfast wasn’t included even though I’m confident it should have been. Paid separately with no issue. 2 - TV in the room wasn’t up to expectations in terms of usability for all the available channels in the guide list and connecting devices to screen mirror.

Clean rooms, nice staff and great bathroom.

The breakfast was a little underwhelming, a lot of bread baskets were empty and didn’t get refilled within the time I was there.

Everything was wonderfull, i came with my kids it was very easy to travel in the city, breakfast was good healty many choices. Room was very smart. Bravo. For next travels to other cities i will check if you are there.

The room was very spacious and clean

The parking system is very complicated and we had to wait almost an hour to find a parking spot

Modern, big SPA, next door to huge shopping center and 20min walk to the city center. Excellent location, bedding.

Room was a nice size, beds comfortable, the hotel did respect our wishes when booking. Garage was a bit adjacent but still at acceptable distance. Location of the hotel is great - walking distance to the city centre or 2 u-bahn stations and one s-bahn.

The rooms could be checked for damages - bathroom doors did not close properly, one wardrobe door did not open. Outside window shades did not all work.

I know this facility from Years. Overall its comfy place but last visit was a total disaster. When we came into the room there were odour and staff refuse our change need. My wife spent 2 hours with flood from DIRTY shower. Water comes from every corner.. Water comes with buckets of old dirty hairs and refuse from the prevoiusly stuck outlet. All room was in dirt braun water.. Our shoes get the stains because of this disaster.. It should not happen in 4 star hotel at all !The staff after all issue at morning proposed discount for 10 eur! I refuse this because it was just the degrading.We ask about the official letter and responce with this 10 eur proposal and there was no any responce at all.Total disapointment. Best time of this hotel and cleanliness is the history :(Not recomment at all.

Great location right by the subway and only one station from the main rail hub and shops. Rooms are modern and spotless. Nel, the desk manager, was professional and quick to resolve any issues that arose.

Good location

Quite a clinical feel and not particularly friendly reception staff. They weren’t rude but did little to make you feel welcome.Although the location is pretty central, it’s quite noisy outside with local men loitering and police station directly opposite so regular sirens can be heard

The pillows where very bad they didn't want to change it the staff was not helpful they took money out off my credit card without telling me after I left very bad experience.

Sauna and facilities were nice.

Room wasn't clean, stains on surfaces and bed. Need to request room clean at reception but not made clear when checking in. Lighting very harsh too.

New hotel in a new business district with a big shopping centre on the first two floors. Big clean rooms. Personnel at the reception is friendly and ready to help. Thanks for collecting our stuff from Amazon:))Very good and free spa with a steam bath and a sauna.

Noise from the street: though the windows look at a small sidewalk, some strange people keep hanging out at this sidewalk throughout the whole night! Shouting under the windows, of course.Too soft pillows in the room, no slippers and bathrobes. Slippers and bathrobes can be taken from the spa, but the latter were there just once within all 6 nights we were staying.

Modern, young and extremely comfortable hotel in the centre, right next to the shopping centre. The room is clean and comfortable. The restaurant has a very pleasant interior, varied, delicious dishes. Unfortunately, the roof terrace has not been tested! I recommend it to anyone who chooses Stuttgart for their destination!

Unfortunately, the parking was not easy, but the vehicle is safe in the parking lot of the shopping centre!

The size of the room and the soundproofing. My husband liked the sauna area and the breakfast was nice as well.

I really do not like the lobby area,very cold and not welcoming. I don’t understand the amazing reviews from other guests. For the price you can book a five star hotel in Stuttgart. The breakfast would have been great but at 10:50 they had people coming in looking around in coats and backpacks at the buffet. Then at 11:00 they allowed them to fill up take away boxes and paper bags. They did this quite obvious if you know what I mean. There were 4 hotel guest tables still eating breakfast and this was very disturbing. I support saving food and not wasting it but it should be done probably at 11:20 or after? The room’s bathroom is more like a cabin with no real walls so you get very little ‘privacy’. The hotel has no restaurant in winter time.

Location and clean

On Sunday - restaurant and bar were closed. This was not stated at the booking and to be honest no one expects from hotel reataurant, bar and room service would also be off.

Location is great, shops, resturants, transport, etc. The room was big, clean and comfortable. Right next to the hotel is a very big mall and the city library which is amazing.

They leave only 2 coffee capsules and 2 decaf, so you should buy your own if you stay more days. It was a bit windy for the third person sleeping on the couch. I spent 20 mins at the reception as they couldn't find that I paid trough Booking.
