There was no key in the toilet door and it was made from glass, which makes it transparent( it was possible to see person inside) also in shower was only one door, the other was missing , which makes you feel uncomfortable and take hot shower

The hotel is located downtown, not far from a subway station: easy to reach.

Great location with easy access to the city center. Rooms were cleaned daily. A kettle in the room would have been nice. Overall, very good value for money.

Definitely older that it looked in the pictures. And for the quality, I felt like it was a little overpriced.

Look, it cost me £26 to stay for a night. In a major city centre that’s remarkable. It’s seen better days but my experience was positive. Clean. (Ignore bed bug reviews!). Clean bedding. Spacious double room. Helpful staff at the reception. Hard working cleaning lady. It was quiet. Close to where I wanted to be. Ideal if you are on a tight budget

I’m not going to complain about the dated facilities. For £26 what do you expect? The bathroom worked fine. I’ve stayed in far worse. ( think cheap motels in USA !) if you are used to high quality facilities you won’t book this place. But if you need a clean place to lay your head and save your money for more important things this does the job.

Architect should be fired - the elevator is placed in the middle of a stairs landing - what's the point ? I don't use elevators but it can be a problem for people with mobility issues

Ideal location, 2 minutes' walk to the main station.The room size was good.The shower and bed were relaxing.

Everything was good; however, a small freezer would be great.

Good access to city and allowed us to park on last day until 2pm

It’s very old-fashioned compared to the city and the bed is split so for me, it’s not comfortable

I stayed in room 406 and had a great experience. The staff were excellent – friendly, professional, and very helpful. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the room was spotless. Everything else was perfect as well. Overall, I would rate the hotel 10/10 and would happily recommend it.

The position is good, it's close to the centre. The room is big and quiet and the bed is comfortable.

The room has old furniture and something was ruined and damaged. There is the elevator but it didn't reach our floor.

Untidy room in poor condition, many things did not work (light, sockets), poor internet connection, parking is not free and is very expensive (no one told us this when we checked in), long wait at reception, poor breakfast

They mentioned parking is available on site and no need to reserve it still before arriving to the hotel we informed them we need parking a d they agreed that they will give us parking and charge 20euro which we were also willing to pay. When we reached the hotel they completely denied us to give parking space and no help provided to us.

Washroom.some staff are broken and it’s not nice to see even toilette sit are broken,very uncomfortable.

Near center city

Bad experience (dirty room, from the second night they changed it but it was only a little better; no shutters; bathroom door broken:; one receptinist didn't help us, he knows nothing about city and never greet) .Dangerous cables in the corridor near the room. They haven't a city map for guests. No wifi working. Pictures of the room here on booking are VERY different from reality.
