Nightmare just to get in. Staff not helpful at all. Was drenched in rain because of how complicated it was to get in. No instructions to get in. Pin given did not work. Key was hard to find. Staff barely knew any english. Staff were not there and when i spoke to them through the speaker i repeatedly asked them to come out to help me get in because im tired, cold and wet from the rain and they refused and carried on speaking in german. The car park smells very bad, the worst smelling car park in my life. The whole building including the room all smell bad. Toilet lock broken. Ceiling too low i bumped ny head few times middle of night. Window latch broken. Car park is very tight, a centimetre apart each side of the car, had to take multiple point turns just to get in and out.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential area. It is 26 minutes away from the Schlossplatz via UBahn. Our room was big enough for us. Bed was comfortable. Staff is accommodating and helpful to all our questions.

The lady, the next morning at breakfast, was very kind and accommodating.

The parking garage was dark and small. But we managed because there was only one other car there.

Room was clean. Bar at reception was nice.

The hotel is in the centre of Reading which is obviously good however parking is quite a walk away which is a pain if you are unfamiliar with the area.

We had breakfast and it was very expensive for what they had to offer, the staff did not speak English at all.

The staff are very polite and helpful. The room was well cleaned daily with new towels. The location was exceptional for our business trip since it's very close to U-Bahn which can practically take you in almost all of Stuttgart, including the airport and exhibition center.

Convenient location close to motorway and Stuttgart centre easy to reach by tram with stop very close to hotel.Easy to find parkingspace. Hotel basic but clean and everything what is needed.Breakfast fine.

bed is not clean with lots of hair..washing room light is dark, rubbish not cleaned up before we checked in. Breakfast not so good.

This is a distant residential neighborhood, nothing around the hotel This is a youth hostel really the beds are uncomfortable, the room was very small, the bathroom tiny, and it feels very outdated. The elevator reached the second floor, and we stayed on the third floor for which we used the stairs. Breakfast was very basic, the parking space was very small and uncomfortable. And this was a very expensive stay.

Location was easy and close to transport

room needs better lighting and had no cups for the coffee, tea facilities. plus no bar fridge.

Clean and quiet room.

Location is not what we expected. Not much around unless you drive for food. Limited front desk hours and although there is parking under the hotel it is not secure, dimly lit and very hard to park.

It was super clean, comfortable and well organised. Staff was responsible, nice and welcoming. Pillow, towel, bed and everything was super clean and comfortable. Their breakfast was fresh and perfect generally. Their location was good as well, located in a nice district and 15-20 minutes to the city center by train. I like to come again. Thank you Freihof for your hospitality.
