    Pros +

    • Located very close to Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof, which was ideal because we were traveling by train! Also, the lady behind the counter was very sweet and we were able to get some beers. Very tasty!

    Cons -

    • There was no hot water, so I couldn't take a nice shower in the morning. Which was a bit of a disappointment. The beds also weren't great.
    • I never managed to enter to the hotel and ended up sleeping at the train station nearby, in a cold night. Nobody was at the reception, nobody answered the phone and the PIN code did not work. Two days later, I still haven't received any apologise and money back.
    • The area is not that great but ok for a 1 night stay. The hotel is nothing to brag about, expected considering the low price.

Property is near the Hauptbanhof, walking distance to Milaneo which is a big mall in Stuttgart. The frontdesk staff was very courteous and approachable. Breakfast choices were not that much but enough to make us full.

It would have been best if a complimentary water could have been provided. During one night of our stay, there were people perhaps drinking or having a party and was very loud up until probably 4am and it would be better if an assigned personnel was there to report the noise.

    Good location

Our room stank, the bathroom like cigarettes and the room like farts and sewage. The carpet clearly had not been cleaned in years

Close to the main train station.

The room heating was not working during winter time. The reception cannot provide extra blanket and a room to change. The reception did not even come to the room to check or to inform there were no extra blanket. Only able to change room the 2nd day. The reception is not 24 hours. Only from 6am to 10pm.

Nice comfortable place, not too far from the train station, close enough to walk to the centre and old town.

There was absolutely Nothing to like. It was a horrible experience.

The room was not at all like the pictures displayd on Bookings.com. They are deceiving potential guests and stealing our our money as they refuse to answer multiple requests for refund as I could not sleep in the room.Besides the room being outdated, it was badly maintained and filthy. I was booked in a room that was street facing with another hotel a couple of feet away. The curtains did not even cover the full windows and also had hooks missing leaving the curtains looking untidy and ragged. The bathroom was filthy with old cigarette stains on the windowsill and there was a bad smell in the room too.I requested another room and showed receptionist the pictures. He shrugged his shoulders and said there was not another available. I requested abrefund as I could not sleep in that room. He also then admitted that that it often happens that guests leave in the same way I do.He justv said he will speak to the owners about the refund.I have messaged the hotel multiple times to ask for the refund and to date have not received any whatsoever.

    Close to train station

Smelled smoky, no washclothes hard bed, no extra blankets

Very friendly staff, great location as we travelled by train from the airport. Good value for money

No curtains, just nets and seemingly thin walls so a bit noisy.

    8JoPosted on: 12-9-2025

    Great staff, near to everything.

No tea and coffee in the room. Shower was raised and when wet it felt abit precarious.

Excellent location close to the train station and the city center. The room was big, comfortable and looked recently renovated. The receptionist and the other staff members were very friendly and welcoming. We had overall a pleasant stay.

Friendly staff and comfortable beds. Good value for the price paid.

    7AlbertoPosted on: 10-27-2025

Location is ok. Close to the main station. Although the hotel is ok, and the price is low for other prices to be found in the city, you can not ask for more than a bed and a room. Breakfast ok, but 15€ for it, it was too expensive. All-in-all, I cant complain at tall, but I cant loath it either. But taking into account the prices in other corners of the city, more than acceptable.

The size of the room was good in and of itself. The bathroom had a separate bathtub and shower -- the shower was next to the tub and had only a curtain that went in a circle. The entire bathroom got wet. Bathtub had a handheld shower nozzle but no curtain or door. The shower had a handheld nozzle but had no attachment to put it on the wall so you had to hold it in order to shower, meaning water went everywhere. Suffice to say, the shower and bath situation was ridiculous, uncomfortable, you don't feel clean afterwards -- this situation could be fixed for around 2-3 euro for an attachment on the wall for the nozzle. Ridiculous that in 2025 for a hotel that says it is "exceptionally cozy and comfortable" and 3-4 stars, that it would have this situation.

See above. Regarding staff...night evening reception refused to assist me on the phone by giving me directions. He stated he was "busy doing his work" and "had no time to talk to (me)" and said "use the maps on your phone, I'm busy and I don't know where you are, I don't know Stuttgart". When I arrived after twisting and turning for over an hour on the streets (the name of the hotel is new and no one seemed to know it) and asked for a manager, he stated that there was no manager for the hotel but if I ask the morning receptionist, he "might call the owner or someone." I had to ask the morning person three times to repeat himself when he merely said "are you checking out", it was basically unintelligible. I am a former hotel manager and hospitality manager and was appalled at all of this. The amenities listed were incorrect as their availability. A "restaurant on the premises" does not exist though it says it does. Nowhere does it state that you have a choice of going up a steep hill to arrive or a steep set of stairs. This needs to be on the description (either on booking dot com or on the hotel's website). States there is a "vending machine with snacks and one with drinks". Neither exists -- there is one "refrigerator" with cans of coke and beers and a couple 1-2 liter water bottles. When I asked night reception if there were smaller bottles of water or a bottle in the room, he said "drink out of the tap". After going to the room, I asked for a kettle for water in the morning, as the description stated there were kettles. It took four tries and finally google translate for "kettle to boil water".Bed was fine, two single duvets for a double bed so you needed to use one as two just get tangled up.If the description had been honest, truthful, I probably would never have chosen this hotel. There are many many others in the same vicinity.

Our bus was delayed so instead of 8 pm I arrived at 22:10 in the hotel It is written that the check in time is until 22:30. There were already 2 more gentlemen. All 3 of us were calling the provided numbers for a full hour without success. At the end of the night we needed to search for another place where we could sleep.
