Wifi/internet was not working, couldn't watch TV. They wouldn't try to reset anything or see what the problem was. We were just out of luck

The room and bed very comfortable. Breakfast excellent. Good location. Attentive staff.

Staff is very friendly. Bed is comfy and room is clean. Easy stay with dog. Breakfast is good but little bit over priced.

The rooms were stylish and beds comfortable.

The management staff was no help when I tried to leave a day early. I booked through booking.com and all sales were final. The management staff didn't try to help change the stay or refund the extra stay. Very disappointed and will not be returning to this hotel.

Terrible stay at an overpriced hotel. Could not get our room on time and were offered nothing for it

Check-in was at 3 PM but we were not allowed to check-in to our room until 4:20 PM. We had a table at Volksfest at 5 PM. This made us late to our table which ultimately lost us money. The staff offered nothing as an apology such as including breakfast. The price for what you get here is not reasonable. Additionally, the bed was really uncomfortable.

The well stocked bar, close to the train station, and always available taxis.

The hotel is very high-quality, modern, and comfortable. The breakfast is super-full and the spa is very pleasant. The only negative was the cleanliness of the room mentioned below

We stayed for three nights and asked for the room to be cleaned on all three days. The bathroom shampoo and soap weren't replaced during the three days (we had to use our own), the towels weren't changed, toilet paper wasn't added, and the trash that was lying around wasn't even picked up. They just made the bed.

The room was very nice. I asked for a quiet room, and they put me on the 12th floor. It was perfect. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Location is perfect for train travel.

The main thing I didn't like was the check in/out procedure. First of all, it takes too long to check in and out. In addition, they blocked my card for 50 Euros, and upon checkout, they had a problem with the system and couldn't unblock it. The receptionist said she would send me an email ot notify me when my card is unblocked, but I received no email. Their entire check in/out system needs ot be revamped.

Breakfast was lovely as always.

Only one lift/elevator available for the entire hotel for the weekend. The stairs were also under construction and we were told by a member of staff not available for use. Travelling to and from our room was a challenge every time as the hotel had many guests.

The room was too hot, and the noise from trains made it impossible to sleep.

The room was very hot, possibly over +30 degrees. The temperature control was not working, and only very hot air was being supplied into the room. Out of the two windows, only one could be slightly opened, which was not enough. As a result, due to the heat and the noise from passing trains outside, it was impossible to sleep and rest.

Location was ideal for a function we were attending. Good parking under hotel (at a cost).

Allocated a single room on arrival, even though we booked a double, however it was eventually sorted (1/2 hour) and we got an upgraded to a king size. In addition only one of the three lifts were in operation and so travel between floors was a nightmare (often taking 15 minutes just to get to the room or the lobby.

location is perfect not more than 90 m to the bus metro and tram. Cleaning was perfect. Staff was very kind and very interested.. We ate our dinner at the hotel, it was very delicious we greatly appreciated

Everything is great, comfortable room, comfortable beds and pillows, good breakfast, plus there is a swimming pool. We enjoyed staying at this hotel.

The only downside for me personally was the very small bathroom.

The location was very convenient: right over the top of the station. Lovely breakfast options and most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Very limited clothes storage; there was only one drawer in the whole room, and that was under the fridge. We had to live out of our suitcase for our three night stay - I like to put my clothes away when I stay in a hotel. Lifts got very busy towards the end of our stay as the hotel was fuller, and there was no option to walk up or down the stairs.

The hotel spa has good facilities (pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam.)

Our room hasn’t been ready even at 16:00 and reception asked us to wait half an hour. There was not separate bad or even couch in the room for our 9 years old child

The staff at the reception are beyond amazing, helpful, kind and approachable.Breakfast was good enough for me; I had something in my stomach before going.the wellness facility and the Finnish sauna are the best and the whirlpool was a hot tub but it was ok. the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. neighbourhood safe bus stop and train station just outside the hotel.

the underground parking is tight, it is like a car park test do your best to try not to scratch or dent the car.

Room was clean. Lively bar. Perfect location, just steps from train and bus station. Great front desk staff!

The temperature in the room fluctuated between hot and warm, even with thermostat adjustments.

I always stay here as it is located close to the train station and also has parking on site.Breaksfast variety and nice rooms.
