Good location, great value for money

Room wasn't cleaned up between days, towels weren't changed and stayed a bit wet

U-Haul blankets instead of carpet in hall, hole in bathroom door, very poorly lit bathroom.

Hotel lived up to the standard i would expect for the price. The host was really helpful in getting an internet issue sorted in a timely manner when i really needed it for a meeting! The blackout blinds were also very good. The location right next to the metro could not be beaten.

The stairs were a little loud and could be heard through the door and the pillows were a bit thin but nothing you couldnt manage.

Easy to find food to eat. Very close to Metro.

There is no elevator. It was not convenient to senior to carry luggage upstairs.

Location is reasonably close to the train station. This property is fine if you are only staying one night but the room is very small. There is no elevator and if you have large or heavy luggage then it's a trek to carry upstairs. The bathroom could definitely do with some refurbishment - it had an 80's quality to it. I would recommend the property to introduce grab handles to ensure one can safely step up and step down from the shower. There are no facilities in the room but the provision of free water was welcome.

The shower and the stairs. The desk isn't manned so make sure you keep any e-mail with instructions to get into the property. If there is anything wrong when you arrive then you're on your own.

No one at check in and hotel main door was closed. I had to call and thankfully someone answered and guided me how to access hotel door then how to open the keys safe to take my room keys. Too much hastle.Also there is no elevator. I had to carry 7 heavy bags for one floor

Clean tidy room. Check in at bar downstairs was straightforward.

Room was okay, nothing special. Bathroom was old & out dated & the hot water didn’t work. Didn’t see a single person for checkin or checkout, called # on door to get in touch and it didn’t work. Beds were okay.

very central location, close to the center of Stuttgart, I would stay here again.

pillows were too soft and the matrass felt worn out (not straight anymore), bathroom felt outdated but met basic needs

Right in the heart of Stuttgart but quiet.Easy walking to galleries and opera.Clean and comfortable. Simply furnished, easy check in. I'll certainly stay again.Just what I want.

The bed was comfortable. The location was very good, it was right opposite to the S Bahn and that was very convenient.

There was no handwash in the washroom. The reception was empty, I had to check in and check out on my own. I found 2 roaches on the floor in the morning, this really made me concerned.

Location was fantastic, right near city centre short walk away, with walkway under main road

TV only had basic free view channels

Access instruction were sent via email because there was no on-site staff.

The television service in room 12 was via a DVB-T antennae and was very bad - limited channels and poor connection. the satellite cable was connected from the wall box to a cable going through the wall to an adjacent room - probably to provide service to that room.

The hotel is very nice, tidy and clean! Panos, the owner was very helpful and helped us carry our bags at the room, a gesture you do not see frequently. The hotel is in a very good spot for walks in the city. The burger house of the hotel has tasty foods

The location of the place is very convenient and central in Stuttgart. Good that it’s also attached to a restaurant.

Could provide some extra blankets (unless I did not see it) and would also prefer shower doors instead of curtains.

The location was perfect, really close from the center of Stuttgart, comfortable beds

the location was good, and the manager was a perfect person. he extended all support to us. 5 minutes walking distance from the city center and all facilities are available in hand

i didn't like that no elevator in the building

The apartment was very nice it was pretty clean the location was great. The bathroom floor tiles were cracked and the water pressure was not strong enough and the hot water kept on turning cold quick.

Didn't like the idea that the water pressure wasn't strong and the hot water kept on getting cold too quick that's it. Other than that the place was very good

Amazing location, placed within the old town, being able to reach all city places to visit in minutes, but still quiet street. Metra station just in front to reach all train connections easily. Super comfortable room with all what's required. Great staff willing to help and very supportive.
