The atmosphere and location.

The bed sheet and the pillow. The colour of the bed sheet. If white must be white and if cream must also cream.I didn't like the bed either. In winter, please keep the room warm before guests arrive . Please, if possible, turn the hotel to bed and breakfast. The lights in the corridors must be properly checked to keep guests out of darkness. Room size, okay, but please be kept to standard.

Staff was very helpful. Room was large enough. Neighbourhood was good with options for food and walk arround.

More facilities maybe.. but overall given the price not much to ask.

Simple, clean fit for purpose, ideal if you are in the vicinity of Giebel and looking for a simple clean and functional hotel

Maintain the windows a bit better

The stuff was highly available! We arrived at the hotel very late at night but the hotel was still able to make the check-in for us.We were also allowed to leave our luggage at the hotel temporarily after checking out. Communication from the hotel was really effective. The room is also big and clean.

There were no cups or bath products in the room, but that wasn't a big deal

Location is great, Hotel compare with their prices is correct, we didn't have a problem purity of rooms.

Kitchen equipment is critical, i think should improve it.According them was fridge in the room, but our was unusable, one week was not enough to cool down 2 beers.

Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. Really the only positive thing I can say about the hotel is that it is near an U bahn station which has a direct line to the airport.

The hotel does not have a nice outlook at all, seems to be unmanned most of the time, does not have nice rooms nd is borderline unclean. In reality it is a hostel not a hotel. The only reason we booked here was because it was the only place available at the time of the Euros. Now weknow why.

The place was very cheap and had everything one might need in a short trip, also the private safe parking. A great place for a great price! Also our dog was accepted for only 5 euros

The room was very cold because the heeting was off, so it took long to warm up the room.

Cheap, clean and rather good kitchen

Next time wouldn't wanna try such experience. The blanket had blood stains on it, two hairs on the bed, pillow very worn, even different in color. Water in the basin didn't flow away, needed ask for help. Reception was closed before the hours specified on booking. Vintage -- a lot of old garbage

Wasn't sure how to check in but after calling their number the problem got solved.

Design was good.

No one on reception in the night hours. Also one of the neighbors was screaming in the night, I almost thought that somebody died because of the unusual awful smell in the night. It was creepy

Breakfast was okey.

In my room there was a problem to get warm water. Something wrong with the water tap.

The renovations was very warming. A rocking chair and big bed was nice. The cabinet was charming.

I could not get ahold of Staff. There was no front desk to check in to ask questions. Spent a long time on phone trying to figure out how to check in outside of entrance . The one cleaning lady did not understand my English and couldn't answer any questions. There are food stores and a couple pizza shops around but there was no where to store your foods or keep them cold as the rooms don't have either a microwave or a refrigerator.

We stayed during the GroBe Storing of the Duetche Bahn train system. Traveling from a week in Switzerland, but kicked off of 2 trains in the middle of nowhere, with everyone else. We had to walk quite some kilometers with all of our stuff to temporary busses and the metro...in short, a long day and night. We booked the room due to emergency circumstances. Anyway, the self-check-in was a bit stressful, at 9:30 p.m. as we did not have the code. But a local person helped us contact the Manager and we immediately received the code for our key. Also, it would be good if the wifi code is available in the room, but we could get it at Reception in the morning. I say all of the above because of the following...The absolute highlight was Emma, the morning Receptionist, and coffee provider. She is beaming with friendliness and is kind and helpful.

Very cozy. This is my go-to hotel.The TV usually has some good channels. The staff are really welcoming.
