We stayed several times, everything price/value perfect. Staff and Managment were also very helpful in difficult situations.

Falsely advertised car park

The car park is public and does NOT accommodate vehicles with even small roof boxes. We only booked an hour before arriving but they wouldn't refund us.

Comfortable, spacious room with wonderful powerful shower and lovely bed. Perfect location close to transport, city centre and main sights. Beautiful lobby. Great music. Helpful staff.

Two minor criticisms. First, breakfast is good with enough choice and great coffee. However, restocking the buffet was a problem. Every morning something was missing - one day the eggs, another day the fruit, and on my last day, the bread - and they took forever to be restocked. A problem easy to correct. Second criticism: lack of tea and coffee making facilities in the room. The galleys did not have coffee, they are inconvenient and I never managed to get hot water from the strange tap.Otherwise a great hotel.

Room was quite large. Short walk to several different metro stations giving very good connectivity. Great restaurants nearby. Very nice bar and very quiet in the rooms themselves

The staff was great and the room was nice.

It was a little hard to figure out how to get to the hotel within the mall.

The bar downstairs was cute

Took us 20 minutes to get checked in it was the guys first time so someone else had to come help him but we arrived really late and were very tired so that really hurt the experience. Also, one of the elevators was broken, and there were not enough blankets on the bed so we were very cold

This is a lively hotel with plenty of space to sit and visit with friends. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially Nikki, Kais,Dasha, and Julia.

the room was huge, super clean and the location was super central

It was so loud during the night. You could here bass and techno music all night long. A light sleepers worst nightmare

Great bar and super friendly staff, very cool atmosphere. Everything was clean and well looked after, rooms and facilities felt new

Beds are built into the floor, and rooms are a bit pokey for two travellers with suitcases. Also the washing machines were not working during our stay. Washing facilities were the main reason we booked this hotel so it was a bit annoying having to pay for a laundromat anyway. The reception staff were great though and gave us a drink voucher for the inconvenience

Rooms are tiny, very limited space to put even things like toiletries. Bathroom toilet/shower combination very small. No fridge in room. Mo coffee making facilities - you have to go to lounges on-each floor is you want water/coffee. Dimly lit whole place.

24 hour bar/lobby had a very interesting ambience, sort of like an oversized family room furnished with a variety of mismatched couches, chairs and tables. Very comfortable. Interesting variety of music on the piped in Radio Ruby system.Good location near the center city area. Within walking distance of an underground and suburban train station.Staff was uniformly friendly.Room was very large, bright, clean and comfortable. An unusual amenity was a reproduction Marshal amp in the room . The hotel advertises that you can get a guitar from the staff and play it in your room. I wonder if anyone ever takes them up on that.The shower was large and offered two body washes, one to invigorate you and one to relax you at night plus separate shampoo and conditioner.

A long walk from the hotel entrance to the room (although that wouldn’t deter us from staying there again).

Nice room, nice location with parking in the same mall (easy to find). We particularly liked the breakfast, all of very good quality and barista coffee included!

Wifi connection with TV did not work for us - but oh well. Would definitely stay here again!

Funky little hotel, great service. Bar and lounge is fantastic and they do great cocktails. Access to washing machine and laundry which was much needed while we travelled through Europe.

The staff were lovely, the hotel was clean and modern and the room was a good size with the right facilities. The location was also excellent to access the city centre for the zoo and Christmas markets. Being able to get a free drink in exchange for not having a proper room clean really worked for us on a 2 night stay!

The shower with a curtain round it (lest it becomes a fishbowl) was a bit awkward, as was access through to it through the toilet. A minor gripe though, it was a great place to stay and the bathroom toiletries smelt divine!

Amazing hotel with very good & clean facilities. Our room was very clean and with solid thermal & acoustic insulation. The hotel itself is very well situated in the city centre, close to the main high street. Furthermore, the hotel bar is very cosy, modern and vibrant. While my partner and I don't usually do hotel bars, we really enjoyed this one!Big thumbs-up to the hotel staff for their professionalism, especially, Chrisa who was very attentive and warm to us and always willing to help with anything we needed! Cheers to that positive attitude!

Beautiful bar, quaint and clean rooms. I was there two days, but I felt like a regular.

I love that it had a bar in the entrance. Breakfast items were good. Great drinks and coffee. Great location. The staff was great.

The room is much smaller than the photos. Long and narrow. IMO its for one person, not two people. Also I would have appreciated hotel slippers and hair towels. The breakfast was overall good but the omelettes were cold every single morning although we were at breakfast at 7 am

It was clean and the staff were friendly.

They did not provide an adapter to charge my iPhone, and there was no telephone in the room to call the reception. They also did not provide complimentary bottles of water like other hotels do.
