Good value for money, opposite bad Cannenstadt train station and 15 min walk to football stadium. Room was comfortable and clean . Easy check in

The beds were very comfortable, the place was very clean and tidy, and although it's practically over the road from a train station, it was peaceful and not at all difficult to sleep. And the staff were very friendly - I had a problem with the check in and was frustrated but one of the staff members came to help and was very helpful. I also liked the location - it was just down the road from where i was going to an event which was very convenient.

Only the check in process, but once I had received help from the staff member, everything was really good.

Trash in the room wasn't emptied, Mold in the Shower, generally dirty room (hairs on the bed, dirty floor, ceiling almost falling apart) also very slim doors and the locks also didn't look that safe and front door was always open for everyone

Check in info provided at 2:50pm on the day of arrival.Once inside the property, we realized that there were people staying in our room. Not ideal, even though the owner responded very quickly and forced the people the leave the property.

I was never allowed the access to the property. There is no reception, they are supposed to send you an email with a code to the key box after you do the online check in. Never received any emails and the place was dead locked. Requested refund and not a word back. Will be disputing with Booking.com.

The location was good! It is near to the station and for one night was OK!

The toilets needed more frequent cleaning, the bedside tables were dusty and under the bed was very dirty.

It’s easy to check in and out, just leave the keys.

No air conditioning, but it’s normal for Germany I guess. It does get very hot. The window was open when I arrived and There are a lot bugs the curtain is thin so it’s kinda bright when I try to sleep. But I was tired so I’m not that bothered

The feeling that you are not safe because there is no staff in the hotel. In fact, it is an apartment that you share with strangers, in my case with men I don't know. I do not advise women traveling alone to take this accommodation.

Clean and spacious hotel, staff was not on the premises, I could only see other guests, however staff was very responsive for any of my questions.

Shared bathrooms, not so nice nor clean. Shower room lacks hooks to hand clothes.

Fairly modern "hotel" with shared kitchen and bathroom. Shared areas were tidy and had a few useful facilities. Check in was painless as given a code to a key lockbox.

The rooms are converted offices. They are not bad but you can tell.However ..My room didn't have any electricity. No lights, no plug sockets, no heating. I was not told about this before attending even though when I called the owner knew and said someone would fix it tomorrow.I had to sit in the kitchen all evening charging my phone for the next day whilst eating dinner and staying quiet as to not disturb the other residents.Shame as it's a really convenient location and if it wasn't for this it would be excellent value.

It is advertised as an hotel. It is not. It is a ground floor apartment with no reception. Just a commonual aread (kitchen and bathrooms).Room was very noisy and a road lamp is just beside the windows and even with the curtain closed it was not possible to stop the light coming in.I needed an invoice from the property to support my business trip's expense claim but they did not respond to my messages on booking.com, phone calls and even the escalation to booking.com customer support did not help.

No more than 100m from Train Station. Basically an AirBnB with 4 bedrooms. Close to everything you would need.

No air conditioning in the rooms. Staying there in the heat wave was painful. Shared facilities so read the description carefully.

Place is very quiet, comfy and very near the train station, just literally half a block away, its near everything important in Stutgart like the Porsche Arena and Mercedes Museum

Bathroom is outside the rooms and shared with them, however it seemed that we were the only guests there so no big deal, coffeemaker provided had old and stale coffee.

Location is pretty convenient and the price was pretty good.

The add was deceptive and was not clear that this is basically a 4 bedroom apartment that you will be sharing with other guests. Bathrooms, kitchens, everything.

Not a hotel. Like a cross between an Airbnb and a hostel. No staff onsite, basic facilities, lights set to turn off too quickly. It will do if you're on a budget.
