- Hallway to elevator reeks of smoking smell.. Maybe because the hallway is located in basement floor and lacks ventilation, I dunno. But as a person who physically cannot tolerate the smell, I had to hold my breath or breathe through my mouth.
- I was surprised the laundry service is not available on weekends.
- Found bugs/beetles in our room. Move to another room which still had the same bugs. Did not receive a refund for the room or an apology.
