great staff, 75' from the subway station, 1 stop from main train station, 5 restaurants within 100 yards,

lacks a full service resturant

Did not have any packets to explain what the area had to offer and where to get 3 day bus passes which some of the other hotels had.

The signage outside the hotel is terrible - I walked around for a full hour before finding it. The doors are not clearly marked and it's not clear there is even a way to get into the building there. Keep your eyes open for the small flag outside.

Honeymoon trip. Honestly, we were both satisfied with everything.

Very expensive parking (35 eur / day as it's the adjacent shopping mall's parking.

Clean, comfortable and convenient hotel close to the main train station and other transport. Food options located in and around the shopping mall beneath the hotel. Good for a short stay.

The location is amazing! So close to shops, restaurants and public transport The staff were fab especially the male receptionist that checked us in ( sorry did not get name)Very happy and would not hesitate to book again

There was some renovation work going on across the next room for us but didn't disturb us.

The accommodation was great, staff were friendly and breakfast options were great. We stayed for the Christmas markets and had a great time.

The hotel location online was a bit misleading from the main train station. We assumed we could easily walk but with the construction at the station the best option was to pay for a taxi. A bit disappointing.

Location is perfect, Staff is very supportive and rooms are clean.

Clean and very comfortable hotel, located inside the mall, close to the metro and places to eat.

If you turn on a strong stream of water, the shower floods and the water comes out towards the room.

Location is great! Very close to the train main station (walkable distance) and there is a shopping mall next to the hotel. The staff was extremely nice and helpful.

Clean, quiet and conveniently located. Practically inside the shopping centre so plenty of food options and shops within walking distance. Central location and welcoming staff. Beautiful room with 2 comfy double beds.

Fab hotel. Great location and very modern. Friendly staff and great breakfast! We loved the pool in the bar, the gym and the handy location near a shopping centre and public underground station!

5 minute walk to the main train station. One minute from a mall with numerous restaurants. Good free breakfast. Laundry facilities. Iron and ironing board helpful.

One washing machine. One dryer. When in use you have to come back every hour to hope the next person hasn't started another load.
