- Excellent Service
- Great location. Close to trains to get to soccer stadium and Volkfest. Pretty short walk to downtown area. Easy to find right off main street. Staff helpful.
- The staff was excellent, very friendly and helpfull with any question and request we had. I was very impressed

- Perhaps parking should be free for the rates.
- The shower could have been cleaner for a 5 star hotel, the tap was not shiny and the shower cabinet was not as clean as I would expect it from a 5 star hotel. In a 3 star I would not mention this.
