Lights went out and couldn't take a shower because there was no shower head

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and maintained well. The location was pretty good as well. It didn't feel sketchy or dangerous. Also felt alot more secure when I saw there was alot of surveillance cameras around the property.

It was very clean and neat. All of the furniture was both clean and comfortable, including the bed, sofa and desk chair. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good-- fresh bagles, good quality yogurt, a waffle maker. The coffee was fine.

At night someone was smoking ?something? just outside the side door of the hotel and the weird stinky smell went inside the room. That was really awful.
