Room was clean, quiet, and what you would expect
Lights went out and couldn't take a shower because there was no shower head
The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and maintained well. The location was pretty good as well. It didn't feel sketchy or dangerous. Also felt alot more secure when I saw there was alot of surveillance cameras around the property.

The location was good for the NRG stadium event. The beds were comfortable.

Yes the hotel did not initially have hot water, microwave did not work, they put coating on walkway while there and smell was so strong to have to breathe for a day or two. Also amneties like soap etc were very cheap and useless.
