- Misrepresentation of hotel that was online stated had pool hot tub breakfast was awful room had roach traps carpet was torn up and dirty elevator was extremely dirty no phone in room .
- Reservation was canceled due to no electricity. I should not have been charged for this.
- Had a room with a Jacuzzi tub, that did not work. Woke up the next morning and there was bugs inside the tub.
