Hotel Olgaeck Stuttgart City Centre

Breakfast was very good. The location was excellent for the event I went to, very close. I can't say too much about the room as I spent hardly any time there. I only slept there and left. But everything was to my satisfaction.

My room was close to the street so I heard a lot of the trains that went back and forth and the noise So it interfered with my sleeping a little bit but overall it was very nice

The location is very central. The train station is right in front of the building that makes going to the airport and the train station very easy. I was upgraded to a double room because there was availability so that was a huge plus and although the unit does not have air-conditioning, there was a fan that you could use.When the windows are open it’s very loud because you’re right on the main street but when you close the windows, it really helps a lot in reducing the noise.The place was really clean and I did not see what other people say about the place not being clean.

All good for a short stay.

I stayed one night only. Basic clean small en suite room with balcony, very quiet area and sound proof. All facilities were there, working lift (operating from the first floor), Good wifi signal, great location; it is 1 minute walk to the Olgaeck U bahn station which takes you everywhere in Stuttgart, there are few supermarkets and restaurants in the area, the receptionist was nice and welcoming.

You need to pay attention if you have any health issues taking the stairs, the reception is located in the first floor and you should take the stairs (it was an issue for me with my knee injury and heavy cabin bag) then there is a lift which takes you to other floors. If the reception is closed, you would need to take the stairs to the second floor then take the emergency exit lift! There were cigaretts remnants in the balcony obviously from the previous guest! This should be cleaned prior to my check in.

My room's layout worked well and felt spacious as a solo traveler. The table and chair met my needs for a bit of computer work. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the amount of natural light available.

Good location if you want to be close to the city centre/shopping/station etc

Not as nice as the photos To be honest I was a bit disappointed when I arrived as it does look better in the photos on Booking.com It’s reasonably clean, super basic and a little jaded

Good location: nearly 10 minutes to old town and 2 minutes to U-bahn Olgaeck station. It was clean

Very small bathroom :( Fortunately I’m a tiny girl otherwise I couldn’t use toilet (literally)There is no minibar so you cant keep your snacks cold :((It was very noisy all the time since the hotel is at the avenue. If you look for a silent place, it is not for you

The location to the centre of the city and to public transport links was veryGood.

Rooms were very basic and small but did the job for the trip booked so overall no issues A noisy guest in room next to us could hear them on phone all night however not hotels fault

Room absolutely too little. There is neither a wardrobe nor a chest of drawers to put clothes in, so they have to stay locked in the suitcase. We stayed for three nights but no one ever came to clean the room and make the beds.

Breakfest was very simple but i expected this, garage is right under the hotel, near the lift, you can park near the gate till you pick up keys. Bakery and Lidl are nearby. Super location

It’s more like an upgraded hostel. Awkward layout with stairs, rooms and elevator. The bathroom was uniquely small and uncomfortable. No closet, just wall hooks .

Good option for staying central. Rooms are small but fine. Breakfast is also ok.

No air condition, the bed was not good and the pillows very bad. Did not know before we came that there is no elevator from ground floor up to the reception on 1.floor. Room very small.

The hotel is definitely not a good hotel. Even the reception is closed at night. The rooms are extremely small. There is no closet to hang clothes. There's nowhere to put shoes. Small and stuffy.

Close to city just 2 station away from main station. For a short stay it is fine. Breakfast is enough.

The room is so small. The toilet and lavatory are so close to each other that you can not use the toilet in a comfortable way.
