The view, the cleanliness, the bathroom.

The breakfast-choice wasn’t as good, also lots of things weren’t there and were not stocked up.

The room is spacious, location - perfect, the view is incredible. Thanks a lot that you are dog-friendly ❤️?

Shower didn’t get as warm as it should and it was addressed promptly

Location was next to Milaneo shopping and Ubahn station. Easy walk to Hauptbahnhof and Koenigstrasse. Room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed.

Parking was a little confusing until we were told directions to park. Then very easy to navigate

This was a great hotel. The location was perfect. It's one subway stop away from the main train station. The subway exits into a pedestrian plaza area with the public library, a large shopping mall and lots of restaurants, and you just have to walk around the corner to the hotel. It's a very nice area and easy to get to. The hotel was lovely and the staff were very nice.

Size of the apartment is good and very well maintained. Breakfast offers a good variety and th location is good close to the main train station.

The sofa is not a sofa bed, and we didn’t hav a bed for our child. The charge is 10e for a crib per day.

Washer/dryer was helpful. Having a couch to sit in. Views were great (18th floor). Restaurants and shops close by.

With the construction at train station, it's very confusing to find the hotel. Bathroom was a little tight. Bird paintings were interesting.

Everything is clean and the room is well equipped

As usual, very practical and central with the little gym and the wellness area. Directly next to a Metro station. Breakfast is quite good although not very cheap.

This time we noticed that the cleaning was not done very thoroughly, there was a 1 L plastic bottle below the bed and a paper tissue next to it, obviously from the previous guests… seems like the cleaning Personal was not very careful, although everything else was spotless

I liked that it was an Apartment hotel. Especially liked the washer-dryer combo in the room. That was the selling point for us during a long European vacation. Having the U-Bahn station right there at the hotel was great we were able to visit Volksfest and the city with ease.

Good downtown location right by the Stadtbibilothek stop and next to Milaneo mall. Lots of shopping and places to eat nearby. The room has stovetop and a mini washer-dryer combo which works well for small loads. And good sky view of the city. On site garage parking.

During my stay, I encountered several unacceptable service issues that fell far short of the standards expected from a hotel of your brand and reputation:No Housekeeping on the Second DayOn the second day of my stay, my room was not cleaned at all—bed left unmade, trash uncollected, and toiletries not replenished. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.Inadequate Response from ReceptionWhen I called the front desk to request fresh towels, I was told that I had to come down and get them myself. This kind of response shows a shocking lack of basic service and courtesy to guests.Drinking Water PolicyWhen I asked for a bottle of water at reception on the second day, I was told that complimentary water is only provided on the first day of stay. This policy is unreasonable, and more importantly, it was never communicated at check-in. It created a very unpleasant and unwelcoming experience.

the receptionist did not have much info regarding the area and finding then parking was a bit tricky

Staff was friendly, we got the two rooms next to each other with another door in the hallway, so we could just close that door and left two rooms open. Big two rooms for 5 of us. Big bathroom with shower.

The location is just perfect. It is near the mall and within 5 mins to the high street via U-bahn (subway). The best if all was the staff and their loyalty. Very trustworthy ♥️

It was perfect overall. We only had an issue with the sockets in the bedroom not working. I asked only once to get it fixed but I guess the staff might have forgotten it, but I was fine with it because I managed to use the sockets in the living room for charging.
