Luna Inn Stuttgart City

We like everything about this hotel. This is our second year coming here. It¿s very friendly and family like. Very personal. We love the staff. We will see you in 2 years.

There is nothing we dislike.

Breakfast is great, overall main area was nice and clean.

Bathroom had a strong odor from the sewage, the bathroom lights were worn out and too dark, the main light in the bedroom did not work, WIFI at the desk in the room was weak and kept interrupting.

I dont have legs when i come i forgot about my car next day they say i have to pay 40 euro for 2 day car park

Heating didn’t work, not clean, windows leaking cold air, stuff told me they will solve the heating problem but didn’t, I left the hotel midnight.

Everybody steals there , you put your luggage in the luggage room and the next day dissapears and if you go to reception they are very blunt ....they give this key from the luggage room to everyone ...they dont even know if the people are living there but they give the key ....u cannot have a calm stay there because u are worried that if u go out u wont find you bagage anymore when u come back ....they have lockers but they are expensive

Some members of staff were very frost, some of them not all of them, and also the rooms were cold, i am ill at the moment

Nothing good about the place

Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing. The location was not great, and the property did not feel like a proper hotel. It looked more like a reading or common space rather than a place meant for guests to stay overnight.The room was not properly cleaned, which was very concerning. The shower head was in very bad condition and extremely dirty, to the point that I could not use the shower at all. This is completely unacceptable.The bathroom itself was also very small, making it uncomfortable and impractical. Overall, the cleanliness issues and poor layout made this stay unpleasant, and I would not choose to stay here again.

Perfect for the price. The Single room costed me only 27 euros. Actually, it was just good, even if it became a little more expensive.

The only thing I didn't like, that the coffemachine was on its place, as was announced in the description, but there were no coffee cartridges.

No toilet paper, just tissues. The room smells like a man’s shower gel. Sauna was not working.

Stay at Luna Inn Stuttgart City was a highlight of our family trip! Clean rooms, super friendly staff, and breakfast that fueled our museum adventures. Perfect spot near public transport for Porsche and Mercedes visits—highly recommend for Germany explorers.

Good location only a few minutes walk from the city centre. The room were clean and tidy.

The room was very small. It was smelly and a lot of construction in the hallway. The bathroom felt like an old one at my grandmothers place.My car was blocked and I couldn’t leave. And there was no staff I could talk to.

Late Check in Till 22:00 . The reception IS nice Man . I appreciate this man . He IS very helpful. IT IS comfirt . Very quiet.

Very poor

It takes over 15 minutes to work hot water. After 10pm, the reception is closed. They share the emergency call number only at the grand floor door. In addition, this call is never answered.Our baggage is not allowed to keep after checking out. During our stays, the lift is replaced so we couldn’t use one, and used stairs. But the stairs is also repainted in the morning. I felt the hotel is not prepared to stay the customer.
