Very bad

There is no A/C! This was terrible! How a hotel room does not have A/C in 2025? I should left window open all the night! And they gave duvet in summer time! The furnitures are old and there is no light on the shower, you have to take shower in a dark room. Totally disaster unfortunately.

Parking place offered by hotel is very limited. Street parking depends on if you are lucky.

Great staff, very friendly and ready to help with any problem during our stay. Great location, far from noises. Also, very easy to find.

The first room was not the one that we booked, however the staff was nice enough to change it the next day. However, there were some cleanliness problems, like spider webs to be seen on the corners of the room and espeically in the bathroom. The towels were not fresh and clean, they smelled weird.

The bed and showers were very comfortable. Really felt comfortable. Also clean beds and showers.

The interior like, cupboards, cabinets, the tv, etc. felt a little outdated when it came to looks. Could use a small make-over to the looks of the room. But overall not bad.

It was a giant room that looked very nice and luxurious. Our son had a really nice wooden crib.The room has beautiful furniture and the bathroom was also very nice.

There were a lot of spiderwebs

I liked the room, the staff was very nice and also the breakfast. We arrived later than the check-in time and they were really nice and careful with the instructions!

The room is a bit hot and if you want to open the window there's another room's window in front of yours.

We booked the room for EURO2024, we wanted a place near the airport for one night. Basically, we got what we needed! The prices were high of course because of the event. It's a pretty simple hotel, but we had everything we needed for this short stay. The black (sorry, I don't know her name unfortunately) receptionist lady was extremely nice and helpful, please give her our regards!!! And also give her a raise, because I've been to severaly top-notch hotels in the world, but no one was that easy-going and helpful, maybe ever.

It was a really hot day, and the lack of air conditioning made it pretty hard to sleep well, but we opened the windows and it got tolerable.

Very clean, convenient location, pleasant staff. Excellent shower.

The price was too high for the quality of the decor or age of carpets and furniture etc compared to the rest of the market.

Apr 2024We found this lovely hotel close to the Stuttgart airport for two nights.In spite of the proximity to the airport, there was no noise from the planes. It's a quick 15 minute drive to Stuttgart city center. The room was large and very clean with modern furnishings. The bed was very comfortable. We did not have breakfast at the hotel. There is plenty of parking on the street parallel to the hotel. You can find restaurants and cafes in the neighborhood but not walking distance from the hotel. It you have a car, this hotel is a great option.

Bad

I booked this by mistake. I did not even stay there even for a minute in that property. I tried to cancel this booking immediately after I received notification for confirmation of booking, which I did not do intentionally. I went to the property directly and requested a refund. I even asked them to take money for a night and refund the rest. But the whole of my 370 euros taken. Both bookings.com and this property deserves thumbs down. I will not use bookings.com again for there bad service

This was the worst hotel stay I have ever had.

This hotel gave us the option to request a cot for our baby, then when we arrived late at night to find there was no cot, told us they do not reserve cots. We were left in our room with nowhere for our baby to sleep, who cried all night. We got no sleep, our baby was extremely distressed. I am two months pregnant and should not be exposed to this kind of stress. The staff were unapologetic about the situation. I would never have booked this hotel if I knew there was a possibility we would not have a cot for the night. I am absolutely furious at the treatment we have recieved and have written bad reviews for it on every review website I can think of.
