Breakfast is quite enaugh and sufficient. Location is excellent. Walking distance to city center and Stuttgart Bahnoff.

The main entrance and reception were often closed, which I understand as it's a small hotel. The times they said they were open wasn't always true. It would have been nice to have known about the mostly closed reception beforehand through a message in Booking.com. With a message on how to check-in. I arrived when it was dark and late, and it felt quite unwelcoming.Besides the window, there was no other ventilation system in the room.

Basic but everything you needed. Great value. Clean and safe. Very great location for Cannstatter fest. The staff was wonderful!!We forgot a jacket and the wonderful staff arranged to mail it to us. Great experience.

The hotel was a short walk from the Metro station. The reception hours are pretty minimal - after around 2:30 you had to go round the back and use your room key to open the rear door. Make sure you have two keys if there are two of you. The room was a little tired, but spacious and comfortable enough. The bathroom was reasonably clean, and the shower good. However it leaked over the floor (a design fault in the sealing system), so don't leave anything you want to keep dry on the floor. The breakfast room was pleasant, with a good selection for breakfast.

I got charged again despite booking.com having already taken payment and the breakfast could have been nicer. Inedible scrambled eggs and baked beans the only hot options.

Booked two single beds, got one double bed (1,40 m next to wall) and a less than 0,90 m single bed. Had to share a bed and was squished against the wall all night.

The room was perfect and spotless, just what I needed for one night. I really don't understand why people in other reviews complain about the size of the room, it was more than adequate.

The late-night check-in procedure was a bit complicated. My phone had died and so I had no way of checking the instructions in the email booking confirmation or to phone the number on yhe door for instructions. I had to appeal to some strangers on the street to make the phone call for me and after a hilarious spy-thriller style treasure hunt for the key ??, I finally got to the room. I will forever be grateful to that couple who saved me from a night on the street and a wasted hotel payment

Situated close to a U-BahnQuiet surroundings

The room was not made after the first night; the cleaning lady had a day off (??? Not a valid excuse....).There is no reception after 14 pm "but you have a phone number for calling us and we will come" (also not a valid statement for a hotel). As a note: this hotel also owns a number of rooms in the adjacent buildings that also have numerousl private residential apartments

Disappointing

There's no reception. If you need something, you just need. Hotel is like a labrynth; no sense! Old and careless facility management. One of the worst options that you can choose!!!!

Large and nicely furnished room, very comfortable bed, central location and quiet surrounding. Roller shutter were nice to keep room dark.

Bathroom light was very weak, breakfast could offer more varieties of bread.
