Modern room close to main train station , trams and not far from city centre.

Very convenient. Close to city centre and public transport, quiet backstreet.

Location. Price was reasonable.

Although the property had an elevator anything above the third floor you had to take the stairs which was cumbersome with luggage.

Bad smell in one of our rooms. Small Bathroom. Tight parking space and entry.. We have been travelling in Germany for 2 weeks, staying at accommodation in the same budget range, and this was by far the worst.

Goog location, walking distance to Christmas Bazaar and Ferris Wheel and Metro Line.

Good and comfortable small hotel in a good location. Friendly staff and excellent value for money. Rooms are comfortable and the breakfast has all the things needed.

The wifi was a bit sketchy, at least in my room. Although the shower had warm water, water from the tap was only luke warm.

You could here everyone in and out with the doors and steps at night, also the pillow was awful

The bathroom and the bed were comfortable, and the receptionist was super polite and proactive

The lady that cleaned our room took things of the fridge and blame on us. But the receptionist saw the mistake, because the same thing happened in other rooms, he was super polite and understanding.

The location was very convenient—close to the tram and supermarket, and within walking distance to the city center. It is situated in a quiet area, which was a big plus. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was also good.

The furniture and facilities are in need of renovation.

The hotel is close to city center. The room is well equipped, clean, air conditioned and with a small fridge. Outstanding online help and communication.

The limited usage of the elevator. The 3 cms gap between the floor and the roomdoor. Thanks to this vacuum cleaning in other rooms, children running and shouting in the corridor were like noises in your room. Only drapery and shade on the window so if you don't want the neighbours on opposite balkonies by a 15m distance to watch you while changing clothes, you must make dark and turn on the light. A bit poorer breakfast selection, I missed the classic fried eggs
