Pros +
- Location. It is right across from the train station. The breakfast was very good. The staff was very nice.
- Location, price, room.
- More than expected! clean room, good facilities, nice district, and well-connected
Cons -
- Let's say nothing
- I found a hair on the pillow which is kinda disgusting. The bathroom is small but for one person it was okay. Room is also small. I opened my 29 inch lugguage and there's no place to walk.
- -The rooms itself was bit clean. The bed sheets had hair on them.-The Toilette was not perfectly clean-one of the towels had a brown spit on it-the receptionist didn't want to change my room and only offered that the housekeeping lady changes the sheets again. The whole room cost 70 Euro for the bight and to extend 3 hours for a late check out i had to pay 30 euros more The reception is only open till 10 pm

The staff was really nice. Location was great, there's a tram station right outside.

Amazing room with balcony, good location, clean room
Not much
When I arrived, the staff member was FaceTiming his friends and barely looked up. I repeated myself twice and then he finally noticed I was there, didn’t even end the FaceTime call but continued talking. Once I got to my room I had a shower and when I turned the tv on it was smashed. Couldn’t see anything. I had to go back downstairs to let them know, he told me I could change rooms but I had already unpacked and I just didn’t want anything to do with it. Annoying for sure.
I like everything about this hotel. I stayed already second time there. Its clean, its cozy, good location and nice stuff. Highly recomend.
The hotel receptionist Mr. Vinicius was welcoming and professional. He booked me a very beautiful room. He also gave me a very informative insight on Stuttgart city. I found that very helpful. The room was extremely clean and exceptionally organized. The window has view on the street. I was very content and therefore want to thank the hotel management for such a great experience.
The location and the breakfast were nice
There were too many noises during my stay. First some weird one coming from the roof (maybe a pigeon?) and then a group of young people was extremely rude and loud until 2am. I'm not aware if the receptionist did something about it.
Clean rooms, very nice location, perfect parking space for a small car
The balcony was a little bit dirty and it would be nice to have the WiFi code in the rooms
Room was comfortable and clean.
I got a room on the last fifth floor. After giving me the keys, they told me that the elevator was not working.
Breakfast
our room 502 was supposed to be superior - and it was, but: the elevator is under (mayor, several weeks long?) re-construction, so we had to walk...I don't think we were made aware when we made our booking.
The location was very good for attending a conference at the Kultur- & Kongresszentrum Liederhalle. The view from the 5ft floor terrace was very nice.
They had the lift broken, and there was work during the whole week, starting at 7:30 with heavy work like drilling and hammering. They kept the access to the lift hole open at the 5ft floor and without surveillance most of the day. Everything was full of dust. Despite all the mess, there were no apologies for the inconvenience and not a single mention of economic compensation. In my opinion, if some heavy work needs to be done for a whole week, they either close the hotel or compensate economically. While most of the workers were nice, the people at the reception were not gentle and kind, and in most cases, they were not at the reception.
- Decent (but dated) room (had a larger room on the corner)- Comfy bed- Good location (cafe Mókuska on the corner makes great coffee)
- Overall: For €176/night I expect MUCH better.- Lift was out of order (which happens, fair enough), but very loud work on that started *every day* just after 07:00! Imagine waking up and having breakfast to the sound of loud drilling/hammering, for a week long.- The young foreign boys at reception lack professionalism. Some were friendly, but others not even that.- Breakfast minimal- Room had *zero* ventilation apart from opening the window - hot and poor air quality. Street has traffic so opening the window isn't always an option.- Internet barely usable
The staff were very helpful. When the power in our room went out, they took care of it immediately. We stayed for 10 days and were given a room with a terrace on the top floor, which gave us a view of the city of Stuttgart every morning. And I saw wild squirrels in the roadside trees outside the hotel!
The lift was out of order and I had to go up to the fifth floor every day. Also, the breakfast was fine and tasty, but the daily menu did not vary much and a little more variety would have been nice.
A bit oldfashioned, but very cozy and clean place. Rooms are quite big, a walking distance to center is about 10minutes and plenty didferent restaurants around hotel. They also have garage and team is very friendly.
good breakfast
elevator was not working, reception people were not always helpful...
breakfast was ok for the price, croissant was very good
elevator was not working, the building was very old, looked nothing like on the pictures. the carpets in the hallways were very dirty
Larger room than my expactation, and good breakfast
Wifi connection is available only for QR code. My android phone worked but iphone and ipad do not work at all.
