The cleaner made me very...

When I arrived the hotel was locked and in darkness! It looked completely closed. I rang the number on the door and it wouldn’t connect several times!! I finally got hold of someone. I think on booking it should state how you get your key if no one is on reception. Also I expressed to the room cleaner I didn’t need anything! I’m travelling alone. Didn’t need new sheets or towels. She aggressively knocked at my door then unlocked it three times. I wasn’t feeling well that day so was staying in my room. I managed to stop her getting in but she continued to shout at me. The final time she was so aggressive she pushed my door open. I explained I was ok and didn’t need anything. I tried to shut the door and she blocked it. There were 2 other woman behind her which was very intimidating. They weren’t in uniform just coats. She continued to shout at me and I continued to explain I didn’t understand I was English! She finally spoke to me in English and forced me to show her the room. She said one person I said yes, I’m not well, want to be left alone. She said ok. Room is fine. I thought this was so unnecessary and unnerving!! The hotel didn’t even say it had room cleaning and judging by my check in I didn’t expect it.

I really liked the excellent location — just a short walk to the bus and subway stations, and around 10 minutes to Stuttgart bahnhof. The staff were very friendly and always greeted us with a smile. They were polite, helpful, and spoke good English. The room was clean and comfortable, and overall, the atmosphere felt welcoming.

It would have been nice to have a bottle of water as a welcome gesture

Location was very central and convenient, walking distance from most points of interest.

Bathroom was a bit too small.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice location.

Elevator is not functioning during the night.

Great showers and the property was near an underground station.

No aircon and no fridge.

A very kind woman gave us instructions and recommendations what we could do in the city during our stay. We could also use the private parking right behind the hotel. The location was walking distance towards the city centre and the room was nice and clean.

Great welcome very good location to access city. Actually some of the best part of town is in the streets behind the hotel.The room was a good size clean with comfortable beds and bedding. Bathroom clean and ample towels

İf you’re leaving early you have to ask to the receptionist to come early a day before otherwise the elevator won’t work until their arrival snd you will have to carry the luggage down from the steps

The hotel is simple straightforward and cheap. The staff were lovely and helpful. Nothing fancy, but very clean and excellent value for money.

The location was great - everything was clean and easy to use

The key is very large so I found it difficult to fit in my small handbag. Would have appreciated more pillows.

I found the hotel to be clean and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, and the location was perfect — just a short walk from the bus station, which made traveling super convenient. I definitely recommend it for anyone looking for comfort and easy access to transport!

I liked that the room was clean and the price was fair for my stay.Also the staff are really nice and helpful.

I did not like the fact that the elevator was disabled from 20:00 to 11:00.Also there was no possiblity to buy breakfast at the location. For breakfast you need to go to the supermarket or other places.

Superb staff, there was a very helpful lady for all, she was marvelous! So kind , even directed us for good eating places, so nicely speaking!

The hotel is excellently located in the heart of Stuttgart, close to major tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city without needing public transport. I was personally very well taken care of by the hotel staff, who were truly professional and attentive. During my four-day stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the rooms and the overall tranquility of the place. Once again, a huge thank you to the staff, who were always attentive and provided outstanding service until my departure. Well done!

Staff were friendly and helpful.

Curtains didn't block out the street lights, so the room was not very dark. Could hear snoring from the people in rooms to my left and right. No breakfast options available. Won't stay there again, I'm afraid, although the rooms were clean - but the brightly-lit room (from the outside) and the noise level made sure I didn't get sleep that night.

Super clean, good location.

The front door is locked until 9-10am. You need to use the stairs if you have suit case be aware. But that was not a problem for us.
